I flipped my bike doing a wheelie , and I noticed after I got it up and running that it was doing the same issue of when I turned it off after it running it spewed out coolant also , but the difference for me is nothing ever touched my coolant system. Could it have been that it flipped and it introduced air into coolant system? Cause I'm lost on what it can be

This is wrong do not overfill the coolant like this. Here is what the Owners manual says exactly
-Adding Coolant 2017-2019 Cbr1000rr
If the coolant level is below the LOWER level
mark, add the recommended coolant
(2 P. 132) until the level reaches the UPPER
level mark.
Add fluid only from the reserve tank cap and
do not remove the radiator cap.
1. Remove the reserve tank cap and add
fluid while monitoring the coolant level.
u Do not overfill above the UPPER level
mark.
u Make sure no foreign objects enter the
reserve tank opening.
2. Securely reinstall the reserve tank cap.
