Not sure about medium north but as far as the coordinates of where medium south is, that part of Way Side is miles of open land & small rolling hills from the entrance of the facility. Even if you escape your building it’s still a ways before you get to the entrance of the detention center. I’d imagine there’s co’s patrolling the everywhere on the property. Unless you have people waiting to pick you up there’s still a long way until you got a near by town
