    He had a distinct “masculine elegance” and flair that you rarely see in men’s figure skating. He could also pull off a great skate even though he wasn’t in top shape. This performance is one example of his extraordinary ability.

    I've always thought it would have been fascinating to have seen Christopher skate something choreographed by Tatiana Tarasova. That would have been a most interesting combination, imo!

    What a great showman! Christopher Bowman was a gifted skater, strong and artistic, he is truly missed! Thank God for you tube! So great to go back and watch his performances! RIP, Christopher Bowman, gone but not forgotten!

    He was beautiful. I wonder if he was friends with Tonya Harding....the greatest skater of them all.

    Toller Cranston was so wrong for Bowman. Cranston wanted any skater he coached to become a reincarnated version of himself, and never capitalized on the skaters's own personality. Although this was a good skate, Chris' real personality didnt come through until the final fifteen seconds. Bowman's programs prior to his being coached by Cranston were far better and were skated to music much more fitting to Christopher's true style, than this one.
