Womens law are made for protection of women, but we have known that each law can be misused, her PCR is recorded on phone, but her unwillingness to file physical complain can mean either she is threated for life, else she might be trying to blackmail Kejru. but in either case, the police should investigate. Also if Swai Maliwal does not go to police station & file complain, then a case must be filed against her for misusing a law made for protection of women & trying to target sitting CM.

I wonder why is the Delhi Police not taking action to look for S. Maliwal, perhaps she is being held as a hostage may be in Sheesh Mahal. She may be under threat to her life.

The case can be easily solved without making it too much of a political controversy. Why can't the Delhi police track down maliwal's phone number? Why can't the police go and check the CCTV footage at the CM's residence?
