As you mentioned life of hybrid solution is 12 months. Then to maintain the lustre, should we spray it after every 6 months? If yes then is compounding and polishing steps needs to be repeated? If not then what next to do.
To maintain lustre you can respray every 3 months also, case to case compounding maybe needed, in some cases maybe not, just good wash and clay shall make the surface ready as DIY to respray the hybrid coating. If you are looking to correct lots of swirls and scratches, then yes surely you will need and compounding on car.

Hybrid ceramic spray is not suggested for front windshield but you may apply on rear glass. Hybrid Polish can be applied in circular motions by hand using a foam/sponge applicator, leave it for couple of minutes and then wipe with microfibre cloth. Happy Detailing.

Currently hybrid products are not available specially for matt finishes, you can use the spray coating to protect them but it shall add little sheen to matt plastics. The sheen will be temporary for few days, if you don't like the satin shine created by it, you can immediately remove the spray coating by any detergent/cleaner.
It all depends on condition of painted panels, even on brand new vehicles there could be severe damages, so if the damages need sanding/compounding, then yes, if paint is without any damages like swirls and scratches, you may not need sanding but in most of cases medium compunding may be needed, it all boils down to what is the condition of the car or any specific panel is. To answer your first query, yes you can use hybrid products on already ceramic coated cars for regular maintenance. Regarding your second query, performing sanding and compounding on ceramic coating, surely compromises the coat and in most cases remove the coat and leave the paint unprotected. It defeats the purpose if every 4 months you are getting your car sanded and compounded. Sanding and compounding is not the right way to maintain the ceramic coating.

You can apply without sanding and compounding also, but then if your car has lot of swirls and scratches they shall still remain, but you shall surely get some of them out from polish and add a layer of protection with spray coating. Happy Detailing.
You can apply Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray coating after polish-wax, wait for 24hrs in between for better results. In hot climates, you can apply after 12hrs also.

Claying should be done after washing, skip sanding and compounding as you are not professional and dont have any polisher. After wash you can directly apply the polish, if you intend to apply hybrid spray coating at end, then i suggest to polish with hybrid polish only, nothing else, after hybrid polish wait for 2-3 hours as its monsoon now a days, then you can spray the ceramic, one coat is enough, if you want to apply second coat wait for 24 hrs. Do not wash you car by any shampoo or chemical for first 7 days after that use hybrid ceramic shampoo for all your washes. Happy Detailing.

If paint spots are only on windshield then you can use a blade scrapper to remove the uper layer and then use steel wool of 0000 grade to clear all the spots, if paint is of thin layer then only steel wool shall be enough. You can also try thinner, but use it very cautiously. But if you have wall paint spots on other painted panels of cars then the above process may not work and you may not be able to fix it at home, i would strongly suggest to visit a professional, regards AS
Yes, you can use these products without sanding and compounding. But if your vehicle has a lot of swirls/scratches/UV oxidation etc, it's recommended to first correct the surface paint and then use these products for best results.

Spray coating can be applied on glasses except windshield, can be applied on trims as well but may not solve the fading, to restore and protect the trims and hard top of Thar, kindly use Solution Finish trim restorer, Happy Detailing.
More product shall and thick layer will take more time to cure, during that shall attract dust, so thin layer is better, which shall spread even/pefrfect and work better as it shall dry and cure faster.
Cutting compound is generally refred to heavy cut or coarse compound which can remove 1500 sanding marks, polishing compounds are generally medium cut or fine cut which can remove sanding marks of 2500 or 3000 grit.
Once you wash your car with slightly strong cleaner liquid wax will wash off, then can apply any spray coating product, if it has been while when you applied liquid wax, high chance that it does not exist on car, just do good decon wash, clay is highly recommended and then apply spray coating.

@@KrishnaKumar-ns8ko similar material based on ceramic polymers which does not obstruct with ceramic spray coating, liquid wax may contain carnuaba or bees wax which shall create its own layer and then no point putting spray coating over it. After ceramic polish you need to wait for 24 hrs then apply spray coating, but if you polish with regular polishing compound, no need to wait.

Not everyone has compound wax and buffing machine. So give handy method for those who just has ceramic coating spray.
Option 1, wash and clay the car and directly apply the spray ceramic coating, wash with strong shampoo or detergent to remove the pollution and pre applied waxes if any (in short chemical decon) Clay is done manually, doesn't requires any machine.
Option 2, Just wash the car and apply spray coating. Wash with strong shampoo to remove pollution film (decon)

Hi sir I saw ur video is super I understand...but one question actually all process done in out side shop they removed scratches and they applied wax and coating but i m not satisfied so I ordered this 2 products which u showed in this video can I apply for my car... with out sanding and compounding can apply ceramic coating and spray..
You can apply without sanding and compounding also, but then if your car has lot of swirls and scratches they shall still remain, but you shall surely get some of them out from polish and add a layer of protection with spray coating. Happy Detailing.

You can apply Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray coating after polish-wax, wait for 24hrs in between for better results. In hot climates, you can apply after 12hrs also.

You can apply by hand instead of polisher, rest all remains almost same.

@@gmaail... paste wax is one of their long lasting product, so other product shall be moreover with same results, kindly check tds of your water with which you wash and which shampoo do you use also matters. Hope you are not using a detergent and very hard water to wash !

What does the process of sanding mean?
Is that the sand paper that we are rubbing from the machine?
Sanding is PRO process not recommended for DIY, its use of sand paper with machine or manually to diminish severe defects in clear coat, claying is the process done before compounding and sanding for decontamination. These are the steps followed by all the Pro's of detailing industry.
HI... do I keep the car 24 hours in a dust free sealed room after use Turtle Wax CERAMIC WAX SPRAY? is it necessary? i don't have that situation. can i use it at home?
You can do it at home, next day or after few days you can clean again and reapply if you wish to add second coat, otherwise one coat is enough !
How to maintain car after applying Turtle Wax 53409 Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating, for dust etc. Should i wash with sahmpoo and use "MEGUIAR'S G19216 Ultimate Polish" for regular maintenance? because in my area there is lot of dust due to constructions.
Keep washing with Hybrid Solution ceramic shampoo, it shall be more than enough, if needed you can use Hybrid solution polish and wax if you feel like polishing the car.

Claying should be done after washing, skip sanding and compounding as you are not professional and dont have any polisher. After wash you can directly apply the polish, if you intend to apply hybrid spray coating at end, then i suggest to polish with hybrid polish only, nothing else, after hybrid polish wait for 2-3 hours as its monsoon now a days, then you can spray the ceramic, one coat is enough, if you want to apply second coat wait for 24 hrs. Do not wash you car by any shampoo or chemical for first 7 days after that use hybrid ceramic shampoo for all your washes. Happy Detailing.

If paint spots are only on windshield then you can use a blade scrapper to remove the uper layer and then use steel wool of 0000 grade to clear all the spots, if paint is of thin layer then only steel wool shall be enough. You can also try thinner, but use it very cautiously. But if you have wall paint spots on other painted panels of cars then the above process may not work and you may not be able to fix it at home, i would strongly suggest to visit a professional, regards AS

Yes, you can use these products without sanding and compounding. But if your vehicle has a lot of swirls/scratches/UV oxidation etc, it's recommended to first correct the surface paint and then use these products for best results.
sir what Grit of sand paper do we need use for Sanding? and what the speed of DA machine do we need to maintain for sanding?

Mostly 2000 grit solves major of the defects, 4000 rpm speed to be maintained on 12mm Random orbital DA machine

sir can these products be applied to the glass and trims portions also .... if not can you suggest a product to maintain the trim of the Thar ... as there is lots of issue of fading of trim and ceiling of thar vehicle.
Spray coating can be applied on glasses except windshield, can be applied on trims as well but may not solve the fading, to restore and protect the trims and hard top of Thar, kindly use Solution Finish trim restorer, Happy Detailing.

Any reason why less spray is better?
More product shall and thick layer will take more time to cure, during that shall attract dust, so thin layer is better, which shall spread even/pefrfect and work better as it shall dry and cure faster.
Sir what is different between cutting compound and polishing compound?
Cutting compound is generally refred to heavy cut or coarse compound which can remove 1500 sanding marks, polishing compounds are generally medium cut or fine cut which can remove sanding marks of 2500 or 3000 grit.

I have been using 3M liquid wax on my car. Can I use turtlewax 53409 Hybrid Ceramic Spray coating over this wax coating
Once you wash your car with slightly strong cleaner liquid wax will wash off, then can apply any spray coating product, if it has been while when you applied liquid wax, high chance that it does not exist on car, just do good decon wash, clay is highly recommended and then apply spray coating.

@@KrishnaKumar-ns8ko after clay skip the liquid wax, if you need to polish then use medium or fine compound , then wipe with ipa and then apply spray coating.

@@KrishnaKumar-ns8ko similar material based on ceramic polymers which does not obstruct with ceramic spray coating, liquid wax may contain carnuaba or bees wax which shall create its own layer and then no point putting spray coating over it. After ceramic polish you need to wait for 24 hrs then apply spray coating, but if you polish with regular polishing compound, no need to wait.

The answer is no, Hybrid Ceramic Coating doesn't have any anti-scratch property. They are very similar to Zmax by Detailmax.
