There is confusion (as it is used here) between the way 'be' is used in perfect tense and perfect continuous tense. You started with using 'be' as a main verb, and gradually you slipped into using them as auxiliary verb. Then you came back to 'been to' where 'be' is used as main verb. It would have been better, it it been in the order of a) use of BE as a main verb, and b) use of BE as a helping verb. It is a mix-up. Around the last part of the video, 'be' is used in the examples of participles, and passive voice. You should review it and make it orderly.
He has gone to.../He has been to; He had gone to.../He had been to; He will have gone to.../ He will have been to...This is another way of using BE as the main verb. So, I may advise you to review and put it in such an order that makes it less confused. I am open to discussing it further, if required only.
As main verb: 1) I am.../ I was.../ I will be; 2) I am being.../ I was being.../ I will be (being)...(?) This is highly debatable even among linguists. 3) I have been.../ I had been.../ I will have been...4) Ideally it should have been this way - but again as debatable as the ? marked example above, that is: I have been 'being'. I had been 'being'; I will have been 'being'. This will be alarmingly confusing to learners, but the linguists globally cannot say against it, because it conforms to the grammar uses. I had been being/ I will have been studying... I will have been being...(?) This should be explained in clear details.
