M.N. Projects I really like all of the cool knives you make and I think you have great content and keep up the good work P.S you should make a Bowie knife or a machete
Awesome craftsmanship, with the proper tool's you seem to do well. It's not the tool's that create such a great piece, it's the maker who can use them to create a vision. You sir have talent i will say
I really like everything you create you really have a true talent! A recommendation you should consider selling some of your work I know I don’t understand the true value of work you put into your projects but you would make a fortune! I’m sure I’m not the only one who is interested in your creations
looks good, love the handle interested to know how its holding up? D2 tool steel requires very specific temperatures when heat treating as well as a soak time, i made a few knives from D2 a while ago and ended up outsourcing the heat treat as I didnt have the right tools now i just use 1084 for most projects, easy to heat treat and work with
"A bayonet (from French baïonnette) is a bladed weapon such as a knife or short sword, or spike-shaped weapon designed to fit in, on, over or underneath the muzzle of a rifle, musket or similar weapon, increasing the weapon, as a spear."
It's very nice. Too nice to take into combat. One question though. You said this is a bayonet but I don't see a way to attach it to a gun. Is it a bayonet or a knife that's made to look like a bayonet?
Beautiful work, I've watched all of the videos you've uploaded and i'm curious how well heat treating it in a fire works / holds up and if you've considered or tried using a blowtorch ?
Tempering must last long enough. It is not only warm the blade, for some time it must maintain this temperature. The blowtorch can not deal with it. In addition, you have to constantly changing position of heating to produce a uniform temperature. It is easier to use traditional charcoal and some airflow :)
love how you did the handle scales
These vids are so cool
Thanks :)
M.N. Projects you deserve way more subs! Your content is great but projects are amazing! Love the vids man, happy holidays .

It looks awesome! Main reason why I don't try doing this, is because I don't think I manage to make handle look good, or even symmetrical.

Don't bayonets usually have some way of attaching to a gun
Wayne Larson lmao he forgot to drill the two holes haha.
Wayne Larson I think this one is a CSGO M9 Bayonet replica.
Skyro when I think bayonet, I think a knife attached to a rifle, I guess il have to educate myself a little. Lol
"A bayonet (from French baïonnette) is a bladed weapon such as a knife or short sword, or spike-shaped weapon designed to fit in, on, over or underneath the muzzle of a rifle, musket or similar weapon, increasing the weapon, as a spear."
It's a different handle with no attaching circle, do you know what replica means? Go get your eyes checked.
What is the green liquid used with the drill press?
It's very nice. Too nice to take into combat. One question though. You said this is a bayonet but I don't see a way to attach it to a gun. Is it a bayonet or a knife that's made to look like a bayonet?
