In the awardees,people who sacrificed their life for their profession and good of the society are identified for their work and given the award,some of them belong to the remotest part of our country,this shows the leadership that respects the people and culture of our country

No she deserves Bharat Ratna
No she deserves atleast padmavibhushan. She is one of the greatest singer of her time if late Bharat Ratna Lata mangeshkar voice was regarded as maa saraswati voice then Suman ma'am voice is also same as that of her. So I demand Bharat Ratna for her fragile sweet and thin voice. And I would like to thank bjp government for recognising her for Padma award but I m not happy for her with Padma Bhushan. Firstly, she is given this honor so late, for which she was entitled long ago, but now she has got it, it is nothing less than Bharat Ratna.

The award could have been given posthumously and someone from her family could have received it...!! Why wasn't it done...?? There is no one left in her family to receive the award..??!!
