Idk what you're smoking but it's amazing, you can spawn hush and have him fight for you the entire floor, at start it's ok, you're not gonna get crazy bosses but on a floor like womb you could easily charge it like 2 times and get a broken boss to help you out, if you get it late game it's gonna suck though but if you get it early game and keep till the end it's gonna be goated
Delirious was always broken, but now it’s insane. You get a familiar that spawns good summons and wait for a bit, then boom you clear rooms easily. Now the luck aspect is gone and you get a boss to kill everybody on a floor

Had a glitch playing onlime which unlocked all characters and gave me 158 achievents for just going in the menu the next day afyer playing online it also gave me the 1001% achievement
erm actually not all on-death effects are removed if you hit an enemy with a god flesh tear 🤓 they can still spawn other enemies after death but those enemies will be shrunken too
