These were all someone’s babies. Someone’s pride and joy. Children at one point running free, with no worries. Now all skeletons, addicted, no life in their eyes. All doing the most horrible degrading things for their next fix. I’m a recovering addict clean off heroin for 28 months now. Drugs will make you do things you never thought you’d do in a million years. It takes over your soul. Once drugs take over you’re no longer you. I wish more people understood that. I pray these people find serenity. Problem is most of these people see no point, and or are mentally ill. Such a sad part of our humanity.

Remember the 'socialist'experiment brought about by UK labour party. High rise apartments everywhere which brought in crime, drugs and drug pushes. The people they put in thos highrises were usually those who were on the low socio econmic spectrum. If my memeory serves me right, a single mother who lived on the twelfth floor threw herself and her youn child off the the balcony. People who were close enough heard the little girl saying, 'Mummy, I don't want to go." before the mother took them both over the side. I believe that was a catalyst to demolish those insidious high rise dungeons of despair and hopelessness.

Thts so VERY true bc my older sister is/has always bn a alcoholic/drug-addict since she was as young as14yo.
As young as I can remember she's had a "on-off" drug/alcohol habit since i was prob around abt 8yo n were 7yrs apart in age. Also this was in the "70s" so the drugs have changed alot since.
I do remember my momma & daddy dealing with ALOT of drama with my sister!
Anyways in 2003 we had 3 members in our family pass away(our momma/her 1st born daug/our oldest sister) & thts wen my sister started smoking crack....she got worse on drugs than she had ever bn. After that she jus was NVR the same sister or my best friend anymore. We use to be very very close bt due to her drug habits & other family issues I havnt associated with her or seen her & my niece(her 2nd born daug) since 2004 plus they both no longer live in the same state as me. After living here all their life they moved to kokomo, Indiana in 2005 bc of warrants & thts jus the way I like it the further away the better.
she will NVR ever be the same sister that I remember due to ALL the drugs/alcohol! 💯💯💯💯

I lived in Manila for half a year. I’ve seen lots of homeless but noone of them were drug users maybe some alcoholics.
When there was an epidemic in PH government took there responsibility and made it legal for cops to kill or jail anyone that was doing anything drugs related. Even suspicion of drugs use could be fatal for you. Streets became safe again and problem was solved. As someone that doesn’t do drugs this seems to be a great solution and should be implemented worldwide

Many of the homeless suffer from mental illness. It used to be if they were determined to not be able to care for themselves properly, they were kept in mental institutions. Later the courts ruled that if it can't be proven that they are a danger to themselves or the public, then they can't be forced to be kept in mental hospitals. Many that suffer from mental illness choose to live homeless, rather than stay in mental hospitals. So, now they are free to live as they wish, even if it is not the best thing for them. Some of them try to self-medicate and become alcoholics or drug addicts, but most of them can't afford that and only suffer from their mental illnesses.

Literally all the crap comes from the US. Fluoride in the water, pesticides, chemtrails, it all originates from there and crosses the ocean at some point. Luckily it's not the case with the horrible drugs that pop up there.
the powers that be must really hate the American people .
i heard Putin has forbidden GMO food and whoever goes against it is considered a terrorist and faces serious jail time. I also appreciate the way he called out that nasty prime minister we got about allowing the pedophile book to be sold. Putin is being painted as a horrible person that is out to own entire Europe in the MSM, that he's crazy and dangerous. As i see it he's the only sane leader out there right now.

Jesus Christ wants a personal relationship with you through the Holy Spirit, not religion and blind faith. You see, we all have sinned, and have broken God’s law (The Ten Commandments). Wrong doing deserves justice and must be punished (just like how a criminal has to pay for the crime they have committed) but God saved us from the eternal punishment of our sins by sending His Son Jesus Christ, fullness of God in flesh, a perfect, sinless sacrifice to pay the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross and resurrecting, so that we may have everlasting life. It is all finished and now for you to accept the free gift of grace, you must repent of your sins and put your faith in Jesus Christ and Bible says that His Blood will cover all of your sins, you will be forgiven, saved from eternal punishment, and be given everlasting life. By faith you will receive the Holy Spirit, become born again, know Jesus personally and He will transform your heart and clean you from the inside out. Turn away from sin, read the Bible, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you and change you, obey the Word. Much love and God bless you!

I wish them the best. I wish they could be helped. I'm sure most of these people have good souls, and - if they could kick the bad habits, especially drugs - would be pleasant and lovely and nice to know in unique ways.

      @genowynn9273 4 месяца назад

You can't blame the wealthy! It's the old story of the have-nots always blaming the haves until they they choose to become 'haves'. Where there is a will, there is always a way but most people are just plain indolent and lazy! They expect to be fed and clothed and housed and offer nothing in return. I lived in South Africa for 40 years and know all too well that some people are willing to learn, study, work and put into action what they know with the intention of creating services and products that others need and want. The rest are happy to settle for whatever they see. We are all gifted with the power of choice and can rise above any circumstance with willingness and effort. There are always opportunities but it starts with an understanding that in order to get what you want, you have have to first help enough other people get what THEY want. I all comes down to the conscious mentality of each individual. The communists love to create division (divide and conquer) amongst religions, financial status and race. Smart people are awake to this and don't blame anyone but themselves. Don't get sucked into that bullshit. To use an analogy, you only drown if you fall into a river and choose to stay there. @@chriscantor6329

Obviously some might be stuck, but very very few are and just do this on purpose. They're just doing what they want to do. As an individual you have to try to get clean and fight this yourself, no one will fix addiction for you. If you put in the work as an individual you can change your life a ton.

True, but you have to look at the addicts as individuals. How do you feel about the addicts who aren't littering or damaging anything, aren't really bothering anyone, and just keep to themselves and want to get high. There are a lot of addicts like that down there. On the other side you have some really horrible addicts who are straight up thieves and criminals. You have to realize addicts are different from each other by a lot, so be careful judging as a whole, as it's no different from judging a race as a whole, or even a sex as a whole. That said, I understand your frustration, it's just complete chaos down there.

If a government is responsible for creating a problem, then it has an obligation to the community, to fix the problems it created! Kensington has struggled with drug abuse in the community for decades! Legalising illicit drugs in the state has done nothing more than opened the floodgates and making the problem worse! Drug addiction in Kensington is still a social issue and always will be. But what we are seeing now is a social issue transforming into a sub culture! The necessity of life are now becoming increasingly less important to their drug addiction. What is even more disturbing is we are seeing an increasing numbers of sub species drug addicts. Their addiction is so severe it is life threatening! The necessities of life have little value anymore! Their mental, physical and emotional health does not matter anymore. They don’t care if they live or die as long as their addiction is feed. My only hope is nature will take care of these people quickly because I can’t see the government doing anything meaningful in the future!
