Lower Plenty Road, Rosanna Station and duplication of Hurstbridge line

This project will remove the level crossing at Lower Plenty Road by building a rail bridge over the road. A brand new Rosanna Station will also be built next to the crossing and the notorious single section of track between Heidelberg and Rosanna with be duplicated.
