Hi , with this solution, is it possible that not only GRIR team but even Buyers can also access their Purchase order related GRIR open items to resolve them?

we are trying to use this app but are getting an error which basically suggests to switch on MRM_SFWS_JFMIP_01 under note 2934760. What we are not sure is that the description in SFW2 says US Federal!!! is this not applicable for all other countries ? What are the implications if I activate this in UK ?
