as someone who used to show cattle in 4H, I can confirm that there's an entire category based on how well you groom your animal. and horse people, especially, are obsessed with that.
I busted into laughter that soon turned into tears because I was laughing to freaking hard when you guys were preparing for the final round of the winners circle and then you end up stopping right at the hurdle,legit I reminded the video and watched that part again and I couldn't breathe oh my god lol.
I checked out PushingUpRoses channel, and there is lots of cool content with classic PC games from days gone by. I watched a couple of the reviews and they are very good videos. Thanks for pointing out the way to another cool retro-PC-gaming channel LGR! She has one new subscriber here (and I'd assume more than just one)
So if you were competing with Coconut Pizz(a), does that mean the guy handing you the trophy in the end was Casino Cop? For an MK&A game, this was actually surprisingly competent. Still not a whole lot of fun, but better than expected. Gotta love the "GW SUX" guy tho xD
I’m sure it’s just a bug, but I love the inadvertent verisimilitude of the horse sometimes “refusing” a jump and just stopping dead in the middle of a circuit. It was a notable problem in this year’s Olympics, because the riders travel to the competition but the horses don’t. So the riders get a tiny window of time to acquaint themselves with a horse that is familiar with the circuit but could have any kind of disposition and might be feeling distinctly ornery after repeating the same actions a dozen times over the course of a day with a succession of annoying strangers on its back!
Real games for real Girls made by Men (watched the full credits elsewhere and 1 woman in testing and 2 in special thanks). Not trying to say men shouldn't make games for girls, just thought it was funny.

If you are going to do an LP, can you play Sims 2, make a house and have a ton of Sims die in it, then making a Graveyard next to the house? I love doing that when I was bored with the game.

I played basically every horse game when I was a kid, including this one. On reflection, not really sure why I did coz they're all really boring and the gameplay is essentially identical from game to game, but I liked horses so I played games with them.

There absolutely are guy versions of "shopping yay" games. For instance "The Guy game". And "BMX XXX". Also any number of other products aimed at men who boil the male experience down to half naked women, cars, and guns. It's a fallacy that somehow girls are the only ones who are stereotyped and marginalized. What most people seem not to get is that products aimed at "women" aren't meant for all women, and products aimed at men, like Spike TV and others, aren't aimed at ALL men. They are aimed at men and women for whom being "manly" or "girly" is important. Is it sexist to have a pink microscope for girls? Not when there are some girls who won't pick up a microscope unless it's pink and made okay for girls to use. Is it sexist to sell a baby bag for men that has a camo pattern and a gun holster? Not when there's men who won't pick up a baby bag unless it's approved for them to use. What a lot of people seem to do is misdirect their dislike of those kinds of people onto the companies who design products to sell to them. I think a guy who won't carry a baby bag because it's too girly for him is a D-bag. But it's not WRONG for a company to design a line of "man" products for him. Similarly, girls can play Super Mario, Halo and Mortal Kombat just like anyone else. But it's not wrong for a company to make "Games for girls" for those girls we probably wouldn't like, who wouldn't touch a gamepad otherwise. Some girl's bedrooms really are pink...
