I was a grown-ass adult when I played Pokemon Sun, and Mimikyu scared the absolute SHIT out of me. It's only appropriate that some Pokemon are nightmares, literal and figurative, as the actual natural world is full to the brim of horror shows.
You've missed out the best one of them all. Mega Gengar Mega Gengar has the ability to access other dimensions and has a vicious nature. Mega Gengar has no interest in opponents unless perceived as prey. Its relationships are warped due to Mega Evolution. It now desires to take and curse the life of anyone or anything in its path; it may even curse its own Trainer. Mega Gengar sinks into another dimension to wait for a chance to attack. Cubone wears its mother's skull on its head, but consider this: how did it remove the flesh from the skull? Either it wore its mother's head until the flesh rotted away, in which case there are Cubones out there with the flesh still rotting off, or it ate the flesh, which means Cubones are cannibals. What happens to Cubones if the mother doesn't die, what do they become, or does the Cubone kill its mother to get the skull? Gen 1 had more messed up stuff than just Lavender Town...
