Is the orange twist nut you chose to use made out of plastic? if so, isn't that a fire hazard? the white twist nuts are ceramic. I would have tested the igniter first, just in case. I understand you rational about perhaps being at it's half life, but it could last for a long time. I appreciate the effort you put into this video and the detail explanation, helpful!

Yes, the ceramic ones are better, but they don’t always stay on for me. I wouldn’t say the plastic one is a fire hazard. I try to tuck it away from the igniter and I haven’t had one melt so far.

Hey! I Have A Question. I Live In Delaware And Have Been Living In This Apartment Since 2018 Until This Year When I Chose Not To Sign The Lease And Do Month To Month. In Delaware We Are Required To Give A 60 Day Notice Before Leaving And Therefore I Sent A Small Paragraph On The 7th Of This Month Saying,
“Hello, I Would Like To Submit My Notice To Terminate My Month To Month. The New Neighbors Upstairs Are Really Making My Stay Uncomfortable With Very Loud Speakers! I’ve Never Had This Issue With Previous Tenants. I Was Initially Going To Submit My Notice In July But I Want To Submit It Now. I Feel Very Afraid Of My Upstairs Neighbors & Wouldn’t Want Them To Know That I Mentioned They Blast Music So Loud My Walls Vibrate At Midnight. I Have To Now Sleep With Earphones.
They Now Want Me Gone In February Instead Of March Yet I’m Not Prepared To Leave In February But March. The Manager Said Because I’ve Never Made A Complaint They Decided To Expedite My Move And Then Told Me Another Tenant Is Moving In. I’ve Been The Best Tenant And Always Paid Rent On Time. What Can I Do? I Want To Leave In March
