I have a learnt belief that the best way to uplift others is to keep my own vibration high. I have a list of 40 feelings I love feeling and than I practice hitting an imaginary keyboard of that note such as peace, contentment, saucy, excitement, etc

Thank you! It is so very challenging as an African American not to jump into each concern that burdens my people. The guilt of not being at the forefront of each battle is overwhelming more often than not. And yes! Historically we have and are still in fact in a battle for our very life’s on the regular.
In any case, there have been some improvements. Consequently, been learning how important it is to able to seek and pursue balance within our personal lives spiritually in an effort to stay grounded. Much remains to be done for many other groups here in the USA and around this old world.
But... for me personally, donation to a cause is my best way of serving at this time. Perhaps sometime in the future I will be able to do more; for now, it is very needful for me to build up my strength and cultivate my spiritual development as I am truly a spiritual late bloomer. 😇 Thanks for sharing this snippet from your portal group. Regarding guilt about feeling joyful while others are sad / suffering … I once heard , YOU CAN NEVER FEEL BAD ENOUGH to make someone else feel happy . More clearly, you can not make someone else feel joyful or happy by feeling sad.

Thank you for this message. for a long time I thought I was suppose to be one of these people on the front line fighting for freedom, but just last year I had a baby and where I find the most joy is caring for her. When I shift my focus onto the troubles of the world my light diminishes and I can’t care for her like I need to. 🙏🏽❤️

I feel the same. Seeing bees, butterflies, pollinators, insects, birds etc gathering in the prairie space I created years ago in my yard brings me a joy like nothing else can. Where others see weeds, I see beauty, habitat and sanctuary for the creatures and plants who are getting crowded out by humans.

Hi, I'm in USA and am seeing the corruption in our government and am feeling so angry and feeling helpless about what I can do. I didn't want to bury my head in the sand but the more I discover the worse i feel. Couldn't sleep last night and finally asked for peace to come over me. I just got this same message that my strength is visualization and holding joy and light and that other's role is to take on government and corporate corruption. And that it's OK because I'm not serving anyone getting all stressed out, just lowers my vibration. So thank you SO much for this timely confirmation! Love you and I am very thankful for all you do! The opening words in this video are excellent. Most people have a block when it comes to creating those visions. I practice, everyday visualising the life I WILL create! Because people are so brainwashed and indoctrinated like lambs to the slaughter, their lives are fear driven. Fear is the enemy of God/ source etc. They cannot co exist. It is a choice and it does come naturally with practice. When you are at the level of conciousness where you see life as eternal, there is no fear. Il share this beautiful message. Thank you🙏🙏🙏🙏❤

So good to hear this. I had/have a "business" called Go For The Joy because I communicate with a group of energetic beings who closed their messages with Go For The Joy. When it began, I was writing to my e-mail group after we moved across country. Some days were challenging and so each message was a way of looking for the joy. It is something that is challenging for me and I live with a husband who is usually very joyous-arrrgghhhh-so the universe, the part of me that is the universe knew I needed to embody this message and find the truth of who we are. TRUTH!! Yes Joy! We must find that to keep our vibration high. That is the the best biggest/smallest work we can do to be of greatest contribution to elevating the collective consciousness..Ripples! I resonate deeply with that for the past few yrs. My problem is that I haven’t been able to do the things that used to do to bring me bliss. I’m good at coming back to neutral with self care practices. What will it take for me/us to find new ways to create joy? Follow the energy in the moment with opportunities that present themselves in the moment is what is keep telling myself.

I think joy is something many of us deep old souls don’t experience a great deal (“joy” in the traditional sense). You’re not alone here ❤️
I remember my old chiro used to ask me every time I saw him “what are you doing for fun?”, and I never had an answer, I was so busy surviving... I’ve since learned joy can be just so simple like appreciating a bird in a tree, but we are taught that joy is almost this big expressive happiness explosion... that’s my 2 cents at 1am here 😅

This resonates so greatly. I've always been a visionary and a fighter but I can't do this alone. I feel like I'm supposed to take a right turn, but unsure what that is. I'm ready for my soul to guide me. I'm drawn to showing the way of love rather than building things, but that's what I've always been good at. It certainly does seem like a time of great discernment and transformation.
