Have you tried Kaleidos? I don’t recall seeing you talk about it but it is a cbeauty brand and the textures are amazing, they are quite colourful but I feel like some of their blushes would be right up your alley! ❤️
@@AmandaZ Kaleidos Space Age highlighters are INSANE, and they also have incredible multichrome eyeliners. If you want to dabble in their eyeshadows, right now their smaller Futurism palettes are on sale for $19.20 (orig. $24) and they also have little quads. Their eyeshadows have always been excellent.
@@AmandaZ seconding the kaleidos eyeliners and eyeshadows! the highlighters are sooo unique and fun, but definitely not subtle or “wet” looking the way something like the chanel balm in sculpting is. but they do have an incredible range from fairy-alien-mermaid multichrome highlighters to more subdued glistening pond✨, they’re all glittery but the glitter density and sheerness varies. plus super fun packaging :)
PLEEEEASE try the lip gloss it’s my holy grail formula, i’m hoping they come out with more colors, i also love the symphony contour, the mono blush, and their star product is their highlighter but it’s not exactly a wet highlighter it’s more metallic/glittery but the most natural one i own is star surfer which is a cool silvery pink
Oh interesting! I haven’t tried any Chinese beauty. I’ve really come to love your channel, so glad I found it. Where everyone else is doing the same things, you offer some differences. You’re also thorough, thoughtful and well spoken.
You need to get the other girl cult eye shadow palette in the same collection (#56). I can attest to the sparkles and they’re all perfect toppers to any eye look!
I have the brown eyeshadow palette and I decluttered it. It has shimmers in what would have been great matte shades for me. I had hoped they would have had a sheen and not flat mattes with shimmer.
Hi Amanda, i've been using the Judydoll mascara for a couple of months and I have had a totally different experience with it. I find it to be easier to remove than other mascaras, but I remove my make up with the all clear balm of heimish. Don't know if that knowledge works.
Ughh thank you for this Amanda! I need this distraction my roof is being done due to raccoons lol. Your videos are so helpful and you do amazing research!
I want to see you try a cheeryep eyeshadow palette, shellwee makeup,(eyeshadow, highlighter, eyeliner pot), Kryptein cotton candy eyeshadow, and a Sugarock eyeshadow palette.
I’ve bought Florasis items a number of times over the last couple of years and I’ve ended up giving it all away. I love the quality but I have extremely cool coloring and even the colors that seem cooler on the website are far too warm for me. I do love their mascara and regret that they only make it in black.
I have a bunch of the glitter singles. I passed on the donut glitter shades as they were expensive and I wasn't into them. I bought the square face and eyes palette. I haven't received it yet. I hope I like it ok. Now seeing your review. 😢
So bummed that this was sponsored by florasis. I haven’t seen any reviews that aren’t sponsored and I have heard that they historically made PR and sponsorship conditional on positive review. I really doubt Amanda would be paid off but I was hoping to find a non sponsored review for this brand.
The blurring powder that you said was too blurring. I have dry parched under eyes. Just want to make sure and ask that it wouldn’t dry my under eyes more?
I have been buying a ton of Judydoll! I am loving their blue and purple powder, some quads, lots of products. I hated the lip gloss only because of the smell and taste. Sickly fruity scent.
I actually don’t care for the Judy doll Ice Watery Lip gloss. I knew it was going to be a serum-like lip stain but it’s not as well formulated as the peripera ink mood glowy tint for example. And I thought I was going to love the metal applicator but I feel like I have to use two dunks to get the amount of product I want onto my lips, which never happens with any other similar formula with a felt doe foot.
@@AmandaZ try the heroine make mascara remover. Works great for all Asian/waterproof mascara. As Asian girlies with stubborn straight lashes, we need this kind of mascara to keep a curl. That means they are hard to remove, but the heroine make mascara remover removes them soooo easily.
That's totally fair. For me I actually want my mascara to be stubborn since mascara doesn't stay on, and I think that's common amongst East asians. (Clio kill proof smudges on me in 6-8 hours, other waterproof options 4 hours till I get raccoon eyes lol)
@@ah57588I have the same issues with smudging! I like to put a clear mascara fixer like the Etude House dr mascara fixer on top of my mascara and it’s helped a lot. Clear mascara works too but makes my lashes droop a little
Your Judydoll G44 looks less chunky than my G01... I assumed it was the same formula, just a different colour, maybe it is and the camera just isn't picking it up? I know mine struggles to. Hmm... I wonder if anyone here has both..
Amanda, I think the Florasis palettes are too expensive for a couple of glitters, I'm more interested in the Judydoll individual shadows, but I would like to know your opinion of the Dasique palettes or other ones that are not so expensive and I would like to know if they are worth it, as well as the other products you bought from k-beauty, because I have not decided yet whether to buy them or not and the other blushes you bought like the Dasique or Fwee ones, because those are more pigmented than the others you mentioned, I would also like to know if they don't dry out too much, because the colors are beautiful. I really like to know about everything else you bought and what stands out the most and what doesn't. Thanks for the review Amanda, I have been following your channel for a long time and I trust your opinion 🌷
there are a lot of cruelty free asian beauty products. judy doll i know is for sure. they also banned animal testing in china this year. a lot of kbeauty products are cruelty free. you just gotta do some research
I find Chinese products problematic on several levels and would not feel good about supporting these brands. In the Asian beauty market, I will stick with Korean brands, such as Rom&nd.
I'd love to see you review more of the Girl Cult's eyeshadow palettes, I've been eyeing them for some time now, they look stunning!
Pls try Joocyee single eyeshadow! I promise you some of them will blow your mind knowing you love glitter shadow:)
i second this joocyee single shadows are to die for
I love their single eyeshadows, I have two of them and still want to add more to my collection

I remember her mentioning their eyeshadows in her favs videos
Hi Amanda, I love the Asian beauty series. I hope you do more of these in the future.❤
You need to check out Flower Knows!! Their eye shadows and lip products are so good! Kaleidos is also a good one.
I have really loved the flower knows products I’ve tried I need to try more!!! What do you recommend from kaleidos?

I knew what you meant about the “90’s mom”. 😂 it’s the suns! The suns scream 90’s, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Godsmack, etc.!
So excited to be in the first few comments. Your videos have helped me so much. Your voice is calming as well.
This makes me so happy thank you for being here ❤
Please try Flower Knows ❤ there packaging looks amazing and im curious if the formula is good
This makeup look on you, woahhhh 🔥🔥🔥
I was hoping you would swatch that judydoll eyeshadow next to space cowboy!
So excited for this review❤❤
I remember when you decluttered those Florasis fan shaped pallets! So pretty!

Because of you i would try judydoll and other asian beauty product...
Judydoll 7 colors palette, they're another one call smokey wood. They're 2 glitters inside and overall colors are more beautiful.
I want to see you try a cheeryep eyeshadow palette, shellwee makeup,(eyeshadow, highlighter, eyeliner pot), Kryptein cotton candy eyeshadow, and a Sugarock eyeshadow palette.
This was a very interesting video. Thank you!
you should review Flower Knows pallettes and blushes please !!!
I love my old florasis eye palette

Just an FYI: Hippies were a thing in the 60s, so a "hippie mom" would be in her 40-50s in the 1990s. Enjoy your review of Asian beauty. Thank you.

Peripera ink mood glowy tint is sooo good!! I like their water tint one too.
I really don't want a mascara that's basically impossible to remove, ease of removal is really up there on things I like in makeup
