I honestly think Putther is one of those GTA RUclipsrs who make full use of less preferred vehicles in a combat.

@@DerekCaldwell he didn’t know that. Obviously his skill level is nowhere near the same as a regular low level, but his health is much lower. He also has no stamina and can only run short distances. His shooting skill is lower so more recoil. Level does matter in this game until you hit 100-120 or so.
