Among British success in the past few centuries is a combination of military ruthlessness coupled with rationale and the industrial revolution. However, there is a sense the retired general assumes that world still persist. No state Middle East, Africa, Latin America and only 3 in Asia sanctioned Russia over the Ukraine conflict should be a lighthouse to a more astute man walking in Clapham.
