I just love how zoo Dortmund gets you up to their level, it really feels like you are in the canopy with the leopards.
And yes, I'd love to see a bat video!
That Dortmund one is nice. Can't believe they just have rope and knitted mesh for a cat with such jaw strength. You should check out Point Defiance Zoos here in the states. It's very tall and lush.
My Best Clouded Leopard Habitats is from
Zoo Dortmund, Zoo-Duisburg, Ouwehands Dierenpark, Pakawi Park, Der Grüne Zoo Wuppertal and Dierenpark Zie-Zoo.
I saw clouded leopards in Terra Natura Benidorm (Spain) where they have a nice enclosure which is in open air, not covered by mesh!
No mesh!? This I gotta see
@@justGoron I think the enclosure was used first for tigers and then changed into a clouded leopard enclosure. It has a very big ditch.

I've seen clouded leopards at Howlett's, Wingham Wildlife Park and Port Lympe.
I would be interested in a video showing off Egyptian fruit bat enclosures.
Definetly would like to see vids for the WE animals, they are exhibit animals yeah, but you can still build interesting stuff for them due to the null option. As for the standrad exhibits maybe a general reptile house inspiration video would be cool
im exited for the clouded leopard habitat in zoo parc overloon coming later this year
Things can only get better to see the man here.
Same 😃😃
I always wonder what people who watch your video for the first time think when they hear you say DE BOUILLON.
Hahaha just a few videos and they'll catch on hahaha
Edit that is actually a good reason to put the playlist ik chronological order though, they need to experience the evolution lmao
@@justGoron hahaha I agree!
Wuppertal doesn't have any clouded leopard anymore. Sadly the last female "Ambika" (*2011 Wuppertal) died in March this year due to cow-pox. They lost also the female snow leopard ("Aditi") and the female sand-cat ("Sea"), 5 meerkat and 4 collared peccaries also died. The female Baird's tapir is the only animal that I know, which was infected, but survived - she is in the same south america house as the collared peccaries. The cow-pox came to the zoo by some rats, they have feed to the animals.
oh that is aweful to hear. Is that why the south America house was closed when I visited last month?
Damn :(
@@justGoron yes, the south america house and the small cats house were 2 weeks ago still closed. I was not there, but I read it, last visited Wuppertal in January with snow.
A bat video would be awsome.
Yesterday i was at zoo Bizar and they had a flying fox freeroam inside with two doors open to the free world.
Im still confused how they keep it inside
I'm pretty sure he's quite old and doesn't really fly anymore.
But oliemeulen has this too, though the doors are never open, and they rarely ever move from their spot. they told me that bats go flying to find food, but since they get food at their spot they don't really fly at all.
@@justGoron I remember as a kid that the flying foxes In oliemeulen as free roam.
Last time I visited they where locked in their enclosure.
Flying foxes is a yes.
