Really great videos. As someone who got an OP1 field but has almost no experience in electric music, I really appreciate how in depth you go to show the potential of the machine. I got this thing mostly to help create backing tracks for myself but am constantly finding myself spending hours just on the OP1 itself. Endless jamming potential. Appreciate you making these videos!
Thanks for this! I was trying to reproduce the sound Vangelis used in the very opening of Blade Runner (over the intro cards) and needed a subtle LFO to warble the pitch a little but also a way to pitch bend all the way down at the end of each phrase. With only one LFO available I couldn't do both (the pitch bend you get by pressing shift and left/right is too fast - why can't you alter that?!!) However, after seeing your video I realised I could use CLUSTER and get the pitch instability using spread & unitor, which freed me up to use the G-force sensor on an LFO to get the lovely smooth pitch bend. :) It makes the OP-1 Field sound restrictive but often it's the restrictions that free you from the musical equivalent of analysis paralysis... Would love to see more OP-1 Field content - I only got mine yesterday and I'm thirsty for more!!
What software and connection arrangement are you using to show the spectrum and waveform on the iPad, please? Thanks, and thanks for the many excellent tutorials!

Thanks Jakr, that's very nice to hear. Getting lost in experimentation is a lot of fun, I agree :)
Keep 'em comin.' Your videos are getting better and better.
Thanks, will do!
Thanks for another easy and helpful tutorial. I've had the best luck with this synth engine when I cloak it in reverb or cwo it with cwo....
Thank you for watching! Yeah, the cluster doesn't get much use with me...but FX sure help it!
Nice!
Thank you!
As always, very helpful and superb explanation 👌
Thank you, appreciate your feedback!

Nice, I am glad my video was of help. It's always nice to get these little aha moments!
I am sure there will be more OP-1 stuff coming in future :)
Merry Christmas ❤❤❤❤
Merry Christmas!

Thank you! I mirrored my Mac's screen and used mOscilloscope (I think that's what it was called).
I really like your tutorials for this thing- next request is how the LFO's work!
Noted ;)
Best OP-1 insight as always. which app do you use on the ipad to track waveform ?
I just saw the answer in the prior comment. Ableton Thanks
Thanks!
What apps are you using on your ipad?
I am mirroring my mac using ableton!
