Thanks for the breakdown. I'm biased against Jones because of his off-court stuff (PEDs, hiding from USADA, felonies, domestic abuse, etc.), and all I could think of during the listing of his accomplishments was "yeah but." His dismantling of Rua and DC (second fight) are the best evidence of his amazing talent, but the rest were riddled with illegal strikes or questionable conduct inside the cage.
Do you have a couple of statements that you made that are incorrect? He didn’t win the title from gane, he defended it. Also, Dana didn’t release him from his contract. He completed his contract. You’re one of the best so I think it’s important to call out when you make a couple of mistakes.
