I love the music you chose!! ❤. Take time with your healing, you don’t want to relapse once you recover. It’s so hard as a Mom to delay jumping back in 100% but it can work against you. So glad your family is helping you! Bobby is a great help and the kids are learning so much.

I have a cooking tip or 2 for Bjorn. Use a no scratch spatula instead of a wooden one to turn pancakes, much easier, and time your pasta from when it starts boiling. I’ll be perfect every time. Google can tell you how long for each pasta type. For example, spaghetti is 8-10 min. 👊
