I'm so glad you guys enjoy many stuff in Brunei.
Btw, the restaurant that you ate at is one of the best restaurant to get ambuyat servings! I'm glad you have found that restaurant.
And btw, that chopstick like utensil is called "candas" (pronounced as 'chandas'). Usually kids uses fork when they eat ambuyat, at around 7 years old they started to use candas to enjoy ambuyat (at least that is how I started).
