I can’t give the exact cost, but next speed build i will put the cost on it. All my builds need gamepass, grid, extra items and biggest lot.

To be honest, it’s hard to tell, coz mostly i open the restaurant mid build.. so cash still coming in while building. It’s better to at least have 100k on hand for all my builds..

I can’t give the precise cost, it’s been a while ..but all my builds are 40k minimum.. best is to have 100k so have leeway in building the restaurant
