9:38 Eso no es lechon kawali. Es el cerdo entero asado al carbón. Ese tiene la piel suave y lustroso. Lechon kawali son partes de carne, generalmente la panza, hervidas primero con especias y condimentos, luego fritas en una olla. La piel también es crujiente pero se ve esponjosa y tiene pequeños agujeros.
La salsa de lechon (de Luzón) está hecha de hígado de cerdo triturado, un poco de vinagre, sal, azúcar y especias.
El postre de coco rallado se llama bukayo. Son hilos de carne de coco joven cocidos en azúcar caramelizada. También se comen con suman y otros pasteles de arroz.

Overrated. Foods there are something you would never go back to. Some are just reheated and obviously recycled. Re-cooked na nga, hindi pa maayos. Yung Bopis halatang ilang beses na pinaulit ulit, matigas na at sama na ng lasa. Also, yung mga ginagamit nilang ingredients hindi quality, sure not branded kaya ang sama ng lasa nung mga may sauce nilang recipes. Taenang mga vloggers hindi honest sa mga reviews. Layo ng travel ko for this para lang bumaligtad sikmura namin. Hirap maniwala talaga sa mga vloggers, mga hindi honest.
