Am I alone in thinking it is unseemly and outrageous for media to be making rules for Presidents? I am no fan of either man, but both have won presidential elections. The media needs to have some respect for the office.

She has engaged in biased reporting against him from the start and shamelessly attacked him when he came on breaking points. She loves to pretend she's a "hard hitting journalist that asks questions no one else would", (she's not even a journalist, just a youtube political commentator/streamer) but the reality is she can only play that role because few people of note would ever bother to come on breaking points. If she really cared about diminishing the power of the two party system, she wouldn't be so outwardly hostile to the most successful third party candidate in our lifetime.

Is each candidate's "pad of paper" going to be brand spanking new with no prewritten notes inside it for either of them to use? They should have to exchange pads when they get on stage before any writing or questions happen, that way if any writing was on the inside of one of those pads the other candidate can see that can bring that to attention.
