@Juan Lozano Have you ever been in a RNC? They are almost impossible to get out of when fully sunk in. It’s not very common to see someone get out of one when it’s fully completed. You legitimately black out around 10 seconds if you don’t tap. Best way to get out of one is not to let it happen in the first place.

Best part: nobody can make the excuse that she caught Ronda with a lucky punch. I'm glad it wasn't a quick KO, it was better to see Holly systematically take her apart. Every straight-left knocked her down a notch. At the end of the 1st round she had blood all around her mouth, her face was all red, she looked like she had a run-in with a food-processor. Bonus: Holly was in the clinch several times, was on the ground once, and successfully defended Ronda's grappling and ground game. Holly beat her in every possible way, including sportsmanship and attitude.

You say that just after Leon took the welterweight belt from usman with a head kick in the last minute of the 5th, and while losing the fight considerably. Knowing kamaru was going to be there Edward's set up and baited usman with two faints and then threw his strike, and usman bit, just like the massive salmon he is. The kick itself was beautiful, Edward's foot tucked perfectly behind kamaru's neck and his shin sunk into kamaru's jaw like a hook. Usman dropped and flopped on the floor wide eyed and gasping like a fish out of water, unironically, and that was all she wrote. But prior to that, not only did kamaru get put on full display above Leon's mantlepiece like a prized trophy, he lost his perfect record in the process.

Yep, Holly went into that fight 10-0. Funny how the media never said anything about that. And yes, the media barrage of Ronda's "world-class striking" shows just how complicit they were in keeping Ronda puffed-up. Ronda's biggest advantage was that all the fighters going up against her were trained to be afraid of her. The media was throwing everything they could at Holly because she was supposed to be afraid of Ronda and just wasn't getting the message.

I feel bad because rouseys corner was telling her that she was doing great and that she should keep striking. Like bro she’s a bronze medal judo champ why are you trying to change the only thing she has going for her. Had she stuck to what she knew I think she would have been in a good position for a long time

Loved all of these fights. My favorite, personally, would have to be Pena over Nunes. I did LOVE it when Holm ko'd Rousey (I absolutely hate that put on, tough girl face!! She tries way too hard to look like one of the Diaz brothers)!! But I'm a fan of Pena and Nunes. And Pena just made Amanda quit, plain and simple. Nunes wanted a way out, and Pena gave it to her. I'd never take anything away from her, but yeah, I think Amanda obviously overlooked her. It'd be twice as impressive, to me, if Pena beats her again in the rematch! Can't wait!!

Holms would beat Rousey on a bad day. Rousey aint a FIGHTER. All she wants go in & get them in a submission hold a minute or less into the fight. Holly Holms is a FIGHTER. She will meet you in the middle of the Ring & Show you what she's got & can do.
