Why must people always comment on how relieved they are that Han is behaving normally, happily, silly, laughing, etc.? The man's not dying from a horrible disease! He was physically ill earlier this year. Don't we all get sick sometimes? He has anxiety and depression and he's taking care of his mental health. For the past I don't know how many months now he's been telling us he's fine, happy & healthy and enjoying his chill, laid-back life writing songs but I guess no one believes him. People always have to pick apart every single smile, gesture, frown, pause, etc. Goodness! Stop treating Han like he's on the verge of death and miraculously surviving!
In my opinion, some fans just want to express their worries about his changes, as we don't really know the reason why. Even though Hannie might be burdened with the expectations people have for him, I also think voicing our concerns in moderation is a way to show him that we care about him and love him nonetheless. To be honest, as much as I believe Hannie when he says he's fine, happy, and being himself, it's still hard to fully accept it without questioning, especially after watching the Lee Know camping SKZ Code episode. Even the members mentioned that it's been a long time since he made them laugh, and they said things like "HAN is back." In my opinion, some fans just want to express their worries about his changes, as we don't really know the reason why. Even though Hannie might be burdened with the expectations people have for him, I also think voicing our concerns in moderation is a way to show him that we care about him and love him nonetheless. To be honest, as much as I believe Hannie when he says he's fine, happy, and being himself, it's still hard to fully accept it without questioning, especially after watching the Lee Know camping SKZ Code episode. Even the members mentioned that it's been a long time since he made them laugh, and they said things like "HAN is back." I just want to make my point that even if you find the comments about him excessive, we don't actually mean it that way. We are just scared that he might be suffering and only assures fans because he's kind and doesn't want us to worry. That being said, please bear in mind that I will support him either way, whether Hannie chooses to stay quiet, mature, or reserved as he wants to be.

What I got from it was that he's matured and is still occasionally silly and loves to have fun but is no longer the caffeine-powered, bouncy ball he used to be and that is somehow seen by fans and the members even as him not being himself anymore/the old Han. Maybe he doesn't want to be the old Han anymore??? 🤷♀️
From what I've seen over the past say six months, I get the feeling the man is now trapped in a situation where nobody wants him to grow up. The editors of their content even still push the cute angle. Even I.N has been embraced as a handsome young adult but it seems like Han can't move on from the eternally adorable and funny bbg role.
I remember once a few years ago during Maniac he asked Chan if he thought he could finally pull off sexy or if he still had to stick to being cute or something along those lines. It seems like he's been trying to evolve for some time. He was so happy and pleased with his WKorea photoshoot, where there wasn't even a lick of cuteness, that he even changed his pfp on IG to one of the photos and shared additional photos from the shoot.
I think the guy is just ready to be seen as the man he is with an occasional splash of cute and he's found a good lifestyle balance that allows him to have a calmer, more mature existence and that's what we're seeing.
The question is, if that's how he wants to be seen now, how long will it take for people to stop assuming he's behaving differently because something is wrong with his mental health as opposed to accepting he's simply adult Han now and he's not going back?
I may be completely wrong but that's just my perception. I guess we'll all just have to wait and see how the rest of the year plays out, then heading into the next several years to find out. 🤷♀️
