I strongly agree. I live in the US and I’m preparing to leave and encouraged my husband to leave I told him I’m ready to live in a tent and accept the oppression of my country but not ready to see my boys become transgender or with LGBTQ. I have lived in America for 8 years and unfortunately children who raised here have very week believe in Allah and they have lack practices of Islam for example they do salah, Roza only but of course there is a few exceptional cases. Because I wear long hijab always, I have been asked all the time why I don’t wear pants and why I’m so extremist. May Allah guide us and All Muslims to the right path. Ameen.
I'm not telling you not to leave but there are communities, particularly cities and surrounding areas that have large Muslim populations. As someone on the younger side myself I'd say if you explain stuff properly, they can see through the illusions of this LGBTQ stuff it's not exactly a virus. Ameen.

Lot of people have missed the point of this video. I myself live in Canada for about 13 years and like every country has its pros and cons but as a Muslims, we have to see if pros outweighs cons or vice versa.
For me personally, there are more cons of living in Canada from a religious perspective because most of the people look at the things from worldly perspective.
Most of the Pakistani muslims I know are all worried about their kids education and future. They want best schools, best unis, best jobs for their children which means they're more worried their worldly lives. I have also seen how people get influenced by the environment. Even when you don't want, you still somehow get influenced.
At least in the Muslim countries, we can go out to pray with jamat from work and nobody will stop you. Mosques are everywhere. In Ramadan, there is a whole different vibe and work hours drops to make it easy on us. We get to enjoy our religious festivals but no such thing in the west.

Could you please give a list of countries to move or migrate to.....
Unfortunately it's no longer about countries, but rather any land in which you can practice your Deen fully without interference from external sources such as government laws and policies. So that when they continue to bring in new laws like they did during the pandemic to prevent you from fulfilling the rights of this Deen, you may be safeguarded from the fitna.

Not for only better life and money , we here for life safety and proper laws . I don’t have in my country
Safety and security comes from Allah Almighty, not from men and women dressed in suits. The Law has come down from Allah Almighty, not from men and women dressed in suits. Proper law states "homosexuality is a sin and forbidden" and is incumbent on every Believer to change that environment of one from haram to halal, and if that is not possible, then to leave.
The logical reason to leave is because your children or the future generations are at serious risk of being converted through brainwashing of such laws and such education. And in my job in the UK, I have witnessed much of this over the past 10 years. And it is us parents who will be held accountable on the Day of Judgement for not saving ourselves or our children from the fire.

Practice islam or practice Deen. Do t mix two things. Both are different. He is talking about Faraid, basics. 5 pillars. But Allah demand more from Muslims than that. Striving to Establish Islamic government, Allah's Laws . Are we doing that. I don't think so.
I think the part most of the comments are missing, the keyword is oppression. If you are living in a country where living as a Muslim is not possible then it's compulsory to migrate but a lot of the countries we live in we are not under oppression but there are quite a few e.g. France, Hungary etc...which punish living as a Muslim. The Dr is not saying we shouldn't live in non-Muslim lands completely but weigh it up against whether you are able to live/practice as a Muslim or not, please correct me if I am misunderstanding.

@Hijrah-Channel yeah I personally agree. Hence, I would never live in places like France... seeing sisters having to take hijabs off to just work. At the same time, I think there's some value in being patient... the bigger the population, the more impact on policy. If a nation has a big portion of Muslims, then the policies are better inside and outside of the country. The key thing is to not lose ourselves while we build strength

Very good question indeed - and it is rather strange why the Mufti's haven't spoken about this. However, Sheikh Imran Hosein has been speaking on this topic for over 35 years now.
The problem is that Knowledge has been taken away from this ummah hence the state we are in today - broken and irrelevant.

The best advice we can offer to everyone is to recite and study the Qur'ān and Ahadīth yourself to verify or negate any Scholar. It's quite simple. But as you say, unfortunately many would rather slander and throw accusations towards Scholars of Islam if it doesn't fit in with their worldly view.

The Scholars have said whoever resides in non-Muslim countries with no legal reason and does not emigrate to Muslim countries to practice his religion though able to do so, is exposing themselves to punishment and wrath of Allah as mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and Prophetic Hadith.
It is reported in the ahadith that one should not live with disbelievers unnecessarily.
Abu Dawood narrates from Samrah bin Jundub that the Holy Prophet (Peace and Blessings be upon Him) said: “He who mingles with a disbeliever and dwells with him is like him.” Abu Dawood and Tirmidhi also report that the Holy Prophet (pbuh )said: “I am free (i.e. I disavow myself) from every Muslim who lives with disbelievers.” The Sahabah asked “Why, O Messenger of Allah?” He replied “The fires of the two cannot co-exist.”
What is clear is that living in the West is fraught with danger, particularly regarding our children who are beginning to imitate the Disbelievers and who are being brainwashed at school from a young age. Many of our children are leaving the fold of Islam, turning to homosexuality, having gender reassignment, etc. We are playing with fire by bringing up our children in such an environment.

Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu 'anhu) said, 'Be patient, for no time [year] will come but that the time [year] after it will be worse. Be patient until you meet your Lord." [Sahih Bukhari]
Going to non Muslim countries is not allowed it's in hadith.
It's a trap - they set a trap for us Muslims and many seem to the they are stuck in this trap. It takes grit and determination, faith and an extraordinary level of imān to get yourself out of their system.

I just started a etching this video. I don’t understand how he extracted the word oppression and applied it to the West or non Muslim countries. I live in the west and I’m not a fan of I’m a wife and can’t move because my husband doesn’t want to at the moment.
You'll have to study British and European history to understand the level of oppression and barbarism - perhaps even more than Pharaoh. He was limited to applying his oppressive rule on one piece of land, whereas the Western Empire, particularly Britain have applied oppression to the whole world. One example is their monetary and banking system based on universal Riba, ripping off 99% of mankind - ripping someone off is oppression according to Allah Almighty and Riba is exactly that. The market which they have bought into the world is unfair and unjust where the rich continuously get richer and the poor continuously become poorer and yet poorer.
Another example is they want everyone to behave in a manner which is acceptable to their norms, based on their terms and conditions. Those who refuse get punished with sanctions or the military might of the West through wars which have always been instigated with acts of deception.
And when we come to the reality of it, which is bitter indeed, they whilst claiming it to be a "War on Terror" have annihilated the world of Islam, continuously obilterating and bombarding the ummah of Nabi Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon Him). So yes, we believe they are the oppressors of the world. And the oppressor will soon bite the dust.

This corrupt terminology is coined by the secular western society to destroy the base of religion- that is to hold on the fundamental believes. These secular slave of Shitan is teaching the women to be open minded and free to everyone, while Allah and his prophet advised the women to use harsh voice to unknown men. Be 'Open minded' and marry whoever you want, dont follow the teaching of prophet and marry only female. Sheikh Imran Hosein gave up on his idea of "Muslim Village" that he used to advocate for.
He never gave up - many of his students are building two such Muslim villages at present. But the majority of Muslims prefer a liberal and free way of living and wouldn't be able to stand living in a Muslim village because we've been programmed with a mindset of freedom and democracy which is an illusion. Many of us seem to be stuck in that illusion.

Indeed - the beauty and comfort of this dunya is an illusion and most definitely temporary. The beauty and comfort of Jannah is permanent. Just as most strive to get the highest marks, jobs or status in society, we must begin to strive and struggle to get the highest possible place in Jannah. That is the ultimate and real goal.
Migrating doesnt mean going to America or England or Europe. It means migrate to a land where you can stay away from the haram and practice your deen. It could be a neighbouring country which doesnt neccesarily have to be muslim. For example south africa is not a muslim country but you can practice islam freely. In countries like Argentina, Guyana, Suriname, China, Japan, Albania, Kosovo, Canada and Ireland you can practice islam freely.

1) There is only One God;

You will have to ask the respected Sheikhs and Scholars. Find a land where you can practise your Deen fully.

Overall it depends on one's knowledge. A person living with drunkards but he doesn't drink alcohol. A person living in a place where no alcohol is available. SO no chance to even smell the drinks. Who will get more rewards from THE CREATOR?
What about the one who lives amongst a society or nation who have legalised and legitimised homosexuality? One doesn't partake in it but does nothing to stop it nor prevents their children from being taught such rubbish? What about such people?
If we accept this principle, how shall we reconcile it with Islam as a universal system? How shall we explain the ever growing Muslim presence in "non-Muslim lands" including India? If that's true or Islam had approved this principle then it would not have permitted its followers to go to the "non-Muslim lands" and many ancestors of ours in India would not have had even entered the fold of Islam? - I myself a revert from India, I was hiding my faith from family that also means I cannot offer my prayers,fatsing , zakat openly. But continued reading Quran this very verse which Dr.Naik refers “Ch:4,verse-97” guided me to get out of my home to a place where I can practice my acts of worship - I left home and lived in a different flat, started identifying as a Muslim and continued to live in India. And, if you read the context that was exactly same cases with people who lived in Makkah and couldn’t join prophet SAW in Madina. I don’t understand how this verse asking to look for “Muslim country”. And, Dr.Naik gave lectures India and many did embrace Islam, that was possible only when he invited people to Islam in "non-Muslim land", did you tell reverts to leave India after they become Muslim? Isn’t Spreading the light of Islam part of a Muslim's duty regardless of where Muslim lives ? . There are many "Idolaters" who are realising and reverting to Islam even today in India, please don't politicise with current govt. never was any conducive time for one to become Muslims, it was a much harder struggle then in comparison and always will be for anyone to accept Islam regardless where you're living.
Dr.Naik always gives reference from Quran, Chapter# & Verse# - where is the verse which says “It is Haraam for Muslims to leave Muslim lands” - It’s strange that you give no reference on this context, while you’re always the one providing number from Quran & Hadith. But, on country -Didn’t The Holy Prophet SAWS say, “Allah has made the whole earth a mosque for me.”
Sheik Imran talks about Muslim village , compromises to be made in west while Trinidad is bringing laws like west, one which is talked much in this lecture same sex marriage, Trinidad is heading same they decriminalised homosexuality, alcohol is legal; but he is bashing west while Trinidad is importing same laws to good extent. Again west is embracing Islam openly
The subject is one of great complexity in this modern age of tremendous fitna. There is a bigger picture than just looking at "leave the lands of the west of disbelievers." It's more than just homosexuality which is just one part of the bigger picture, though there are sufficient verses from the Holy Qur’ān and Ahadīth which provide valuable information on what is to happen to those people who live in a society which not only practices the abhorrent sin of homosexuality, but legalise and legitimise it.
The bigger picture is that preserving one's own faith takes precedence over dawah. The same nations who have legalised homosexuality, i.e., NATO countries are the same who have been waging war with Allah Almighty and His Messenger (Peace and Blessings be upon Him) for the past 100 years or more - bombarding and destroying the ummah of Nabi Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon Him). The same people are causing 99% of mankind to follow their way of life by promoting a false idea of freedom and democracy which is all but an illusion. And today, they are openly calling for the destruction of the Believers residing in the Holy Land. Those who want to remain with such establishments have every option to do so. Those who want to leave have every option and right to do do. There is no compulsion in this religion. Only, there is a path of Truth and a path of Falsehood. And we are at a point in time when indeed there are two camps: one of Believers who are striving and struggling to preserve their faith, and a camp of Disbelievers full of hypocrisy. There is no third camp.

Secondly, Nabi Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon Him) said, "The Best of Believers would be located in Shām in the end-times..." - not Britain, Europe or USA. In another narration, "There will always remain a group from my Ummah who will strive and struggle upon the Truth - they would be located in Bayt-Al-Maqdis (the Holy Land)" meaning there is no obligatory requirement for the Palestinians to make Hijrah, rather its optional.

It's a very complicated and debatable issue. Therefore, I think our respected scholars should not take such extreme positions and issue fatwas on this issue. I fully agree with the opinion to migrate from a non-Muslim country which doesn't allow religious freedom. But where there's religious freedom, it's a totally different situation. There are arguments both in favor as well as against living in such countries. You oversimplified things by painting those countries as completely evil and Muslim countries as heavens on Earth, which is wrong. There's more moral degradation and corruption in Muslim countries than non-Muslim ones. Your opinion is biased and far from facts. My humble suggestion is that you should give only your opinion based on your understanding of the religion and refrain from issuing fatwas on such contentious and debatable issues.

The first hijrah you refer to was indeed a time when the Messenger of Allah Almighty (Peace and Blessings be upon Him) instructed some of the Companions to migrate to the Christian for safety and security. But they were indeed a Christian people who were God fearing and of the Believers. Modern day Europeans have formed their own versions of Christianity which are Antichrist in nature and they are not Believers at all (the system & establishment).
The verses you refer to for marrying the Christian women from Sūrah Al-Baqarah are explicit in that they must be a Believing women (proper Christianity, not fake).
Our message is that European lands and their modern civilisation has been built by Dajjāl the Antichrist, they don't follow Jesus (pbuh) nor do they worship Allah Almighty - the essence of kufr in which we can read 'k,f,r' on the forehead of that civilisation.
