Milla has beefed up her alchemy skills for the sequel! She can now fight enemies with punches and kicks, and her reflective shield can be aimed in 8 directions. Her Phantom Cube can be summoned immediately by pressing the Guard button. With a cube active, she can fire mini-cubes at enemies or unleash the entire cube in a devastating Super Shield Burst. The recoil from the burst can be used to build up lots of speed! With so many tricks up her sleeve, she can be the most versatile fighter in the game!

Okay, Mila being more grown up and competent is really awesome. Cool seeing her do actual fighting moves and incorporating her powers into them, and also the way she's expanded upon her powers.
Our little dog is becoming a warrior, I'm so proud!
She seems to be packing more heat than everyone else in the team. XD

SoulWhisperer67 In this game the voice delivery shows more determination on the character. It also makes her braver than the last game when she was still a bit shy and made her sound like a 7-year-old child. Now she sounds like a pre-teen girl.
She acts more like a goggie, that's less mature IMO.

But man, out of all the girls, you can really tell that Milla has matured much more than the other characters. She can fight properly along with her shield abilities.

First, I'm glad to see Milla devolved more as a character, having her powers and abilities expanded from the glass cannon she used to be. And Second, OMG SHE HAS A CUTE LITTLE BARK! Just when I thought I couldn't love her anymore!
Now I'm even more hype for the demo, Milla looks badass.
Man and I thought Milla's murdercubes were game breaking before. Looking forward to destroying my enemies with lime jello.

I always knew she was a dog as well, based on the fact that she had such a good sense of smell, was good at digging holes, and always wagged her tail when she was happy.

like she was a counterpart to cream the rabbit.
cuz this game's based on sonic and the characters are counterparts to sonic characters.

I've never heard of this game before, but the animation on the sprites is really good. She doggy paddles to hover!
Milla's new design really helps her stand out way better, and I'm liking how much more practical her playstyle is now thanks to her upgrades, she really needed this kind of boost and looks insanely fun. GalaxyTrail did a great job on her, and everyone else for that matter. Buying this day one, guaranteed!

Looks like she's less shy like Fluttershy is becoming in MLP. That's good I always prefer to root for the underdog and they're usually the shy timid characters who prefers to be on the sidelines. But whenever their friends are in danger watch out because they can surprise you. That is exactly why I always root them besides them being extremely adorable and them making my heart melt because I know that shy and timid characters can be powerful when needed like when their friends are in danger I'll always root for them no matter what. It's great that my two favorite shy timid characters are becoming less shy and timid I love character development of these types of characters because I feel invested in rooting for them😊. I might be a brony but I have other interests that I keep myself entertained and one of those are video games and I am extremely happy that these mascot games are coming back to the scene. I grew up during the 90s so I played a lot of mascot games and when they just stopped making them after The release of The Playstation 3 and made more story driven games made me feel sad that the game industry was doing it to my favorite genre of games. But being we're in a time when retro games are cool and developers are making more mascot games I'm becoming more and more happy to see it coming back. Like Crash Bandicoot returning that is everyone's dream come true. And Knack 2 that's is definitely a day one buy for me.

You mean Merga's. She's the main antagonist in this game as they comfirmed that Brevon & Torque won't return in the sequel.

If you want to get more technical, Milla's fighting style looks like the crane stance, but that Serpentine reference still stands. :)

Milla looks absolutely fantastic, guys! Her animations are so fluid and fun to watch! I love the little flourishes she does when she spawns a Cube!

Those new moves with the cube is awesome.
I thought it was impossible, but Milla has gotten even cuter since FP1. And it looks like she's been taking some martial arts lessons(specifically Crane Style, if I'm not mistaken) and been practicing a lot with her powers.

All the characters I've seen have seem to improve, besides design. I like the fact that Lilac and Carol are more or less the same yet, a little more faster! Now Milla, so far from what I have seen in this very pretty trailer, she seems to have improve a lot more on her power; she can make a shield and use different attacks with her power, I like that approach! I understand this isn't the final design, but I believe you should build on top of these wonderful updates, especially on Milla. I look forward to the sequel and add what is needed to make it even better then the first instalment! Thank you very much for this series and I hope you guys continue to make more fun!

Ah Lilac's always been my favorite. Just being able to uppercut in mid-air now is going to be a ton of fun to play with. Plowing through enemies without losing the flow is what it's all about!
