Oh my gosh this is really annoying when people or "professionals" in the art world say to an artist "Now you have to paint more adult". When people say something like that it reveals that they have not understood art at all. Jonathan Meese is absolutely right. Art is Play. Its also Love. Its also free flow of life. People who please the audience are not being themselves. Real art demands from you to be yourself and not a puppet of fashion.
