Grass Fire Burn Scar Miles City, MT

The Big Sky Drone surveys the burn scar just north of the Yellowstone River at Miles City, Montana. A fire erupted near Prima Vista and the Palisades Blvd area north of the city, causing the hills above the river to glow orange. Emergency personnel closed a portion of highway 59 while firefighters fought the blaze. They effectively controlled the blaze before any of the threatened structures were damaged or injuries occurred.
