Explanation for why the ice is on the left side on Todorokis second style, when he was a kid his father kept trying to push him to be the best hero, which resulted in some childhood trauma. Since then, he vowed to never use his fire on his left side since he inherited it from his father, he never wanted to give his father the satisfaction of using his left side, so he designed his suit to be mainly ice based.
I wish that the older skins got new styles. Like Dark Deku, All Mights other suits, Bakugo’s hooded suit, and Ochako’s school uniform or something idk
The todoroki bundle, otherwise known as trauma-daddy-issueus bundle, is straight up fire... and cool as well

5:43 to somewhat explain this his superpower is. He can harden his skin into something like a Rock. Red Riot Unbreakable is sort of an evolution of that where he pushes past how hard he can harden himself
It is a freakin miracle that Kirishima’s unbreakable mode was included. Not even the official My Hero Academia games have that! 😂😂

I think for the emote they’re like the wolverine pickaxe where if you have something else equipped and use the emote you’ll then have those now. If you unequip then you’ll go back to original

Its like the adamantium claws, If you have another pickaxe equipped, you can do the emote and it will give you both pickaxe's
Kirishima can harden his skin to increase offenseive and defensive power, and in his unbreakable mode, his entire body is hardened to the MAX.

1:56 The emote is used to summon your pickaxes when you dont have them equipped in your Harvesting Tool selection in your locker.
I dont watch My Hero Academia, but i LOVE thoes pickaxes, im buying them!
Great review Piz0. I just thought of a potential, but very random combo regarding the rock-like claw pickaxes (im totally blanking on the character and pickaxe names, but the red and black clothed character here). You could make a academy champions skin have a green shirt and/or jacket as well as tan or light brown pants and use that rock formation type claws from these skins. The combo im trying to think on here is sand man from spiderman 3. Lol, i know its random but i thought it could be really neat too.
The reason why on the 2nd edit style the ice is on the left is because in the beginning he wanted to defy his father which is where he got his fire side from
The emote for todoroki equips the pickaxe instead of the original pickaxe you have equipped. same with spider ham's mallet and doctor strange's pickaxe emote.

I love that todorokis backbling and pick doesnt look that they have cell shading as much as other cosmetics

I think Mina might be my favorite of the set, but I'm not a huge fan of the harvesting tool. I'll have to see if there are any good alternatives before deciding if I should get them.
Bro they put so much more effort into this mha collaboration then they did in the first one. Like the pickaxes were cooler (pun intended) and they have more edit styles that actually change it more than just a mask on.

Say what you want about MHA (keep in mind I don’t watch religiously) but these skins,like the previous ones, seem to visually translate best from show to game than any of the other anime collabs.

Todorokis edit style with ice on his left side is inspired by the manga where he covers his left side in ice because he doesn't want to use his fire side. I'll explain but it has spoilers for mha..
He inherited his flames from his father who was very abusive to him and he doesn't want to let his father win.

@ellestar2306 mmmm, I would say yes. It's very easy to watch. However, you may love or hate the main character in the first seasons. Depends on how you would justify his feelings and how those reflect on his actions. But overall it'd a very fun superhero anime if you want to get into that genre. Very good animation, too. Warning: There is Gore.

I would've bought Mina in a heartbeat, but OH MY GOD. WHY THE CEL SHADING? I get that it's an anime character but they need to stop doing so much cel shading. At least give us options to turn it off! 😢
