Hey team, I am super curious I was gifted a Cioccolatone as a family heirloom, but curiously the reference number is 10237 - 2, with a gold case and black dial.
From your blog post, you are referring that this reference model would be rose gold with white dial? And the reference 10239 would be the this one the one with yellow gold and black dial.
Am I miss interprating something or perhaps? I am just super curious as this is the first-time I am seeing a post about this watch.

I noticed that the the hands of the round shaped UG polerouter at 1:43 have different styles - are they accurate hands? (not questioning, just want to learn out of curiosity)

What do you mean with different hands? Compared to the Cioccolatone? Yes they’re original: goldammer.me/collections/all/products/universal-geneve-polerouter-black-1
But the lume is gone over the past decades

I just bought a UG Polerouter Cal. 218-9 on eBay for £30 it needed a Crown and stem
which I sourced for £17.99, I have now serviced it just trying to find an original strap. Think I got a good deal???
