AC Climate Control Unit Testing - Built-in System Interface Problem - How to Check AC Climate Control - BSI PEUGEOT 406 Problem.
This video shows you how to check and test whether the AC and BSI climate control of a car is still functioning properly or not on a PEUGEOT 406 D9 MK2.
In this case, the air conditioner is not functioning even though it has been checked on every mechanical components such as an AC compressor, refrigerant pressure level, cables related to the Car AC system and the results are in good condition, then continued checking and testing of electrical components as in this video.
On this job I received an AC climate control unit and BSI PEUGEOT 406 D9 with the following physical conditions:
1. Climate Control The display unit has blur but after testing it still looks quite clear.
2. Built-in System Interface or often called BSI on PEUGEOT 406 with the condition of the relay has been modified using a relay that is not intended.

i have problem on 406 2002 hdi the windshield wiper not work normaly so i wanna know wich role of wiper on bsi

What are the symptoms of the wiper error? PEUGEOT 406 MK2 is multiplex electrical system, the trigger wiper operation start from multiple switch stalk under steering then will send information to BSI, the actual driver control is inside the BSI that will be give power electric DC to motor wiper to operated.

problem 406 apa aja bang? apa suka overheat lbh dr 90 derajat? auto gearbox nya kuat n jarang bermasalah?

Selama pake 406 lebih dari 7 tahun ga pernah overheat, apapun mobilnya kalo sistem pendinginnya bagus dalam kondisi normal ga akan overheat. Untuk gearbox manual kuat, kalo matic yang D8 juga kuat tapi sekalinya bermasalah jarang ada sedangkan untuk yang D9 maticnya kuat tapi sensitif misalnya salah oli matic atau ga pas takarannya sering nyala indikatornya atau sering disebut ngeblink.

BSI saya nyetek bunyi tapi gak sampai ke Kompresor kadang² .. trus kalo lg jalan AC suka tiba² gak dingin , pdhl kan normal nya walaupun AC mati harusnya pas ruangan kabin sudah mulai panas lgi ac otomatis nyala .. ini gak nyala² sampai ruangan sudah mulai trasa panas .. harus dimatikan dlu AC nya bbrp x baru nyala normal dingin , sampai strusnya kaya gitu

Bisa pakai climate control digital D8 tapi banyak yang diubah.

Om agung klo temperatur suhu bermasalah, walaupun kita ganti speedometer kalo penyakitnya bkn di speedo tetep ga nyala? Atau kita ganti speedometer udh ama bsi nya nyatu?

Reprogram immo pakai alat apa dan caranya bagaimana bro?

Pakai EEPROM reader pakai cara lepas IC EEPROM kemudian dibaca pake reader trus direprogram setelah itu IC disolder ulang ke PCB.
