I just had open heart surgery. Double bypass surgery a valve replacement and my carotid artery cleaned out. They said it was genetic. Please don’t smoke or quit. That cigarette isn’t worth having your chest split open. Yes I did smoke. I quit ten years ago. I hope none who watch this video ever have to go through this. I just got out of the hospital after being in there for 3 weeks. God bless each of you. ❤
In India, coronary artery disease spiked when they traded ghee(butter) for seed oils like canolla oil. Yet here in America we see vegetable oils with a heart healthy sticker on them

Just did some research on hearts. Just got the post mortem results that my grandmother died of hypertension heart disease, the unexpected sudden death side of it

My life is constant stress, I need a heart attack to take me out to not have any stress. I’ve had 3 open heart surgeries and not far off from a 4th, so shouldn’t take much more stress. Good with keeping up with exercise though, especially cardio.
It is an estimate (also considering every person is different and blood vessels are not static pipes, but instead can grow in number when needed, eg. after recovering from a wound or when a tumor grows and "calls for" more nutrients, one of the reasons cancer can be aggressive), but human anatomy goes back to ancient Egyptians, they had plenty of time and technological advancements to refine this estimate. Regarding how, my guess would be to measure the volume of blood in a corpse, measure large vessels section to take into account the "simple" part of the calculation, then divide the remainder volume of blood by the average capillary section. Not extremely precise, but we are dealing with a Fermi estimate anyway (in the US known as measuring things with football fields :D )
@@aluminatestrontium7298 Oh wow that's smart, thanks for the theoretical explanation, I say theoretical because you said your guess would be, and that makes sense to me, so thanks.
I was just diagnosed with Afib, which I'ven't heard. I think I've had for years because of fluttering and rapid heartbeat for years. Doctors say I'm completely healthy, but it's something going on with me electrically. So can you speak about Afib please?

I thought the heart was a valve that helps distribute the blood throughout the body not a pump, & the lungs work as a pump that helps get the blood to the heart. Just a thought

How do you reduce chronic stress brought on by problems that are completely beyond your control and you’re too poor to live on your own and being autistic prevents you from having a “normal” job? Yeah..thats what I thought. Not so easy is it?
There is hope in Jesus Christ. We should give up on a lot of things that we thought we have abilities to control them. There heavy burdens we failed to carry them. But Jesus said "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

How sensitive is the heart in the sense to touch will it hurt if you were to touch it or will it just sing excusing the fact that you would probably be dead already
And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay.[23:12] Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging.[23:13] Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah , the best of creators.[23:14]
