    • @nicelady51
      @nicelady51 29 дней назад

      @@jaju123456 Geez. He's homeless and has no medical insurance. He needs and is entitled to medical care. Medicaid is not the do-all tell-all people think it is. I have Medicare and Medicaid. The Medicaid does not pay unless I have spent $1371 in one day. That would be like a couple expensive tests, like MRI or CT scans. If Medicaid happens to kick in, it picks up the rest of your coinsurance and copays for the rest of the month. Then the cycle begins again the next month. These #'s are according to income. It's a complicated deal to say the least. Probably easier for illegals than for citizens, though.

    $600 car payment? Well, still cheaper than rent for most parts of this country.
    And you're right ... making extra payments on the car is a great idea. We paid extra on our mortgage every month and saved over 10 years on it. It wasn't always easy, but we just never thought about it ... that "extra" was just a scheduled payment, just like the mortgage.
    Geez ... the pay/earn and risk/reward cycle in this country is crazy .... if you're already rich, no problem ...the issue comes when you try to build wealth with honest labor.

    Bren, have you considered joining a Credit Union and Re-financing your car loan with them for a lower interest rate? Also, if you have an Aldi's in your area they have Kombucha for $2.89ea, with Kombucha the fermentation process turns to alcohol because of the sugar, so from what I understand it's still better for your health, with that said, you should probably still avoid it because of the 0.5% alcohol. I switch from Geico after 25yrs to Progressive and save $80 a month.

Needless to say I travel the shit out of that car, that’s why I went out and purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry was 84,000 now add that to my policy. It’s just retarded for the price. I’ll be shopping for different insurance very soon and that’s what I use to track. My mileage is the Stride app.

    Great video Bren on a list of earnings and expenses that you do Your so organized I admire that. . Paying out a vehicle can be somewhat frustrating I was paying out my vehicle for about a year and I finally just made the decision to pay it completely off .So now I feel I'm a real owner of it not just owing on it forever it's a Mazda Cx 3
    2017 now I can concentrate on other expenses.

    Thank you Bren for being you. Currently, I'm eating at one of your favorite spots, Jersey Mike's. So far. It's very good.

    Hi Bren, thank you that was insightful! You are doing ok. None of those expenses shocked me. I thought you were going to say $800 car payment. One caution, kombucha can and does have alcohol in it and you can feel it for the ones that do so be careful. But I get why you like them. And they are probiotics. Have a good week, Russ

    Nothing can open your eyes wider than sitting down and WRITING out everything you spend a month. It doesn’t sound like much when we’re adding on 12.00 dollars here or 8 there but that ish adds up fast! I always tell my children to add it up in a yearly amount and the vision is bigger! I need to trim some of those “smaller” areas in my budget too…. Thanks for the reminder! 💪🏽

    Gig work has a ceiling and you’ve reached it.. Fuel costs plus wear and tear on a rapidly depreciating asset gets to be too much for most people.
    You got a great mindset and attitude about getting shit straight though. Respect for sharing all the numbers, and props on the orange band.

      That's why electing better politicians is important. This crap doesn't get any cheaper the way the US is heading. Regardless of anyone's political views. It's just ridiculous

    Hi Bren. Have you thought about doing more frequent videos of yourself doing gig work? For example if you are doing 20 days of gig work a month and 2 videos a month, you could do maybe 6 videos a months but just 10 days of gig work.

    Hi Bren, my son is under my cell plan and I pay $50 monthly. I’m pretty sure adding an iPad will not cost &140. Thank you for this video. It’s a great perspective to car life 👍👍😊
