And yet, some people think they can go at these guys and win.

Hell, I live in las cruces and within the past couple of months I've seen 3 or 4 videos about us in the past 5 years, I'm disappointed in our communities younger generations. It seems fairly peaceful (yea a few things here and there like everywhere else but damn, I didn't know it was this much) and tbf, my twin cousins were kidnapped at a hotel when they were babies but got back to their parents soon after. Just sad to see people like this here. Really wish we could kick em out

43:43 I think she's confused. She has to update an address in order to be served or receive notification/confirmation of her court date. The address could be a family member or friend. It sounds like the legal stuff went to the old address, thus she missed her court date. She doesn't understand why there's a warrant. She seems to think that everything is in limbo until the court has her new address. Being homeless sucks.

The cops with the homeless woman missed the point. If you pay attention, right at the start she mentions that she needs to update her address so she can go to court. It's really subtle, that's why it's important that cops pay attention to every word - in this case, the fact that she needs to update her address. If they'd listened carefully, they'd have noticed that she needs to update her address. So she can go to court. She should have stated more clearly that she needs to update her address so she can go to court. If only she had told them that she needed to update her address, then they might have understood that she needs to update her address so she can go to court. 'Anisa' has some real, serious, 'issues' that go far beyond being extremely drunk, that just lit the fuse allowing the powder keg of the myriad of psychological and deep emotional problems that lay just under the surface and exploded all over her mother and the police officers involved. As far as "where's your warrant" goes, when it comes to domestic battery calls, the police have more authority/permission when it comes to making entry and detaining/arresting potential 'perps'. Especially when there are children/minors present. (though these L.E.O.'s were given permission to enter by the mother/victim in this case)
