Great video Niki! Always a bit nerve wracking when you take off with such lightning and heavy rain. The lasagna looks a bit dissappointing.. :(

It's remarkable that jet engines can inhale gallons of water in a rainstorm and still function! I would have been nervous.
Also remarkable is the huge variety of food and drink to purchase onboard. I would think that one page of choices would suffice on a flight of this length, and then perhaps they could improve the quality. That lasagna looked rather gross.
