It doesn't make any difference because there is water in the air and because of expansion and contraction the paint will let the moisture through and it will rust anyway. That is why there is a drain off at the bottom of the tank.

Go buy an unlined hot water cylinder, see how you get on, o right they don't exist. There is a drain to remove condensate, an unlined air compressor tank eventually becomes a corroded lethal bomb no matter how often you drain it.

My positive thinking says that they have stamping machine for the end cap. Because if they have hydraulic cutting machine also they may have hydraulic stamping machine. 2nd choice order from other vendor

@@JohnDoe-es5xh Agreed, but the specifications plate has a manufacturing date not expiry date. Atleast the air compressor I have does not have any lifespan mentioned. It only has manufacturing date of 2021.

@@czowiekwmasce2986 niby tak ,ale zbiorniki robione z papieru widziałem już jak taki potrafi pier.... na spawie...ja mam np aspe zbiornik gruby wiem ,że nie walnie używana tylko do lakierowania już od 20 lat...wymienione tylko zaworki...a szlifierka to tylko oscylacja elektryczna i odkurzacz...;)ewentualnie WAN-y super sprzet.
How do they pressure test these tanks, if they use water fill to test its safe, BUT if they test with air fill and there is a rupture it could be a bomb !! Their manufacturing process looks good though.

This is a very small budgeted factory. Larger factories which actually adopt safety measures usually don't allow RUclipsrs in their premises. I don't know why.

Y aguantara la presión, en mi experiencia los tanques deben ser de un material más grueso, eso parece un bomba neumática que explotara si el interior se oxida y corroe y se adelgaza la lámina 🥺

в торце больших ресиверов есть заглушка, через которую и сливается вода. Ресивер просто наклоняют и включают воздух - 20 сек и баллон пустой.

It’s called Sub-Merged arc welding. The unburnt flux granules are generally recovered and reused.
