Here's my take in turning these Gotei 13 captains as Hashiras (Bleach X Kimetsu No Yaiba). Enjoy!

At first i was like "Why Komamura isnt Beast Hashira !??!!??" But then I saw Zaraki drawing, "Understandable, have a nice day"
He is much more of a beast than komamura
Komamura of the Beast clan and his adopted brother Zaraki noticed that the styles they were meant to inherent didn't match their talents. So Zaraki taught Komamura what he knew of his lost family's Stone Breathing and the clan focused on honing Zaraki natural instinct with their own Beast Style
He could be a a demon hashira.

No matter where he is, Gin somehow still manages to be the creepiest character in the 13. God I love his design.
Also gotta give Doug Erholtz credit for an outstanding performance as Gin in the dub.
Soi Fong - The Insect Hashira: The fastest hashira in the current generation, she doesn´t use a nichirin blade, instead she likes to use a dagger resembling a hornet's sting on her right index finger, this dagger is cover in poison. Her patron of attack consist in "sting" demons twice, the first time she opens a wound so the second time she attacks the exact same spot the poison can enter the demon's bloodstream, which result in the demon's dead
Gin Ichimaru - The Mist Hashira: He likes to hunt demons alone, beacuse of that no one really knows how long his blade is. When ask the blacksmith who made Gin's katana about it he refuse to answer in fear that Gin may do something to him.
Unohara Retsu - The Blood Hashira: The medic specialist in the Hashira's ranks, she doesn't get involve in fights and instead she likes to heal his fellow comrades after fights (There is a rumour about her past that says she was one of the strongest hashira in the past, she was so brutal and bloodthirsty that often she was mistaken for a demon but her attitude change after a fight she had with the current Beast Hashira. A lot of members of the demon slayer core believe this is true but are not brave enough to ask her directly)
Sosuke Aizen - The Moon Hashira: A prodigy and one of the strongest current hashira, in his entry exam he slay all the demons in a mountain without using a breathing form. He was taught water breathing but he didn't like it so he decided to research old demon slayer manuscript to maybe find a form that would "suit" him better. He found an old book written by an unknown slayer who talk about the form he created when he failed to master the strongest breathing technique, he named this form moon breathing and had explain all 11 forms on that book.
Byakuya Kuchiki - The Flower Hashira: Comes from an old and respected samurai clan, so he has a big sense of honor and duty, even willing to fight his little sister when she refused to attack a child that was turn into a demon. During fights he is capable of reflecting the moonlight using his blade to make it seem transparent so the demons cannot even see when Byakuya's blade beheads them.
Sajin Komamura - The Stone Hashira: Physically the second strongest Hashira but he is also the slowest due to his big physique. When he was only a child he was capable of kill a wolf that enter his family's house during the night, he wears its head as a reminder that even when the situation may be hopeless the only thing you can do is press foward and face whatever is in your way. (Some members of the Demon slayer core think he wears that wolf's head beacuse he is very ugly and he feels ashamed beacuse of it)
Shunsui Kyoraku - The Wind Hashira: A womanizer, but despite his carefree attitude he is one of the strongest current hashira, he carries a kimono on his back in honor of his older brother and his older brother's wife who both died after being attack by a demon. The only family he has left is his niece who he sworn to protect even at the cost of his life (but he would rather not die if is possible).
Kaname Tousen - The Sound Hashira: Was born blind, beacuse of this he grew up with overprotecting parents, but everything change after his parent were killed by a demon, the screams of agony that he heard that night scar him forever and he sworn to kill every last demon who walk the earth. He develop a very sensitive hearing sense, its said he can hear demons at a 50 feet radius.
Toshiro Hitsugaya - The Ice Hashira: The youngest hashira and even more of a prodigy than the moon hashira, using the mist and water breathing forms as a base he was able to invent a new breathing form which consist in freezing demons at a cellular level to limit their regeneration, to do this he is able to decrease the temperature of his blade so much that when he swings it the moisture in the air also freezes
Kenpachi Zaraki - The Beast Hashira: Physically and overall one of the strongest current hashira, when he was a kid was able to kill demons with and old and chiped sword he found in the forest. He wears an eyepatch but as a form of training he says "it makes the battles last longer cuz I cant perceive how far the demons are", but when he decides to fight seriously it said that he himself can turn into a demon and the killer aura he exudes can be felt miles away. He and the blood hashira have a very weird relationship, always throwing passive aggresive coments to each other. The blood hashira refers to him as a "brat", but when ask how he feels toward her he never answers.
Mayuri Kurotsuchi - The Serpent Hashira: The "mad scientist" of the hashira if you will, help develop the insect hashira unique posion, help develop the blood hashira's medicine use to heal wounded slayers and it says that he is close to develop an "antidemon medicine" to cure demons and turns them back to humans, whats why he never kills the demons he encounters, he captures them and uses them as "test subjects" and when they are of no longer use to him he kills them using his unique breathing form (although the demons he encounter would prefer to slowly and painfully die by the sunlight that being capture by this "scientist). He likes to wear weird helmet that he designs in his free time, although some of them are very inconvinient specially when it comes to using doors to enter and exit rooms.
Jushiro Ukitake - The Water Hashira: A very frail guy who gets sick all the time, but despite that he manage to ascend to hashira status beacuse of his ability to master water breathing, its said that he also mastered thunder breathing but likes to use water breathing beacuse its the least physically demanding breathing, but in desperate situations he can combine them seemesly. Technically this would make him the first "dual hashira".

I personally think you do the best job with these character style swaps. The designs adapt to the other art style yet stay true to the original character. Your fundamentals are very strong. Body proportions and perspective is always on point and it seems like you're getting better each video!

Man, i feel sorry for Muzan if Demon Slayer Corps actually hiring Unohana, Zaraki and Mayuri. Imagine a hashira that actually a psychopath & bloodthirstier than a demon king itself.

I would've liked Gin as snake, Kyoraku as love, Toshiro as mist, Sui-Feng as wind and Mayuri as insect but honestly yours fit more with the characterization.
I like how you put Unohana and Toshiro in the same collum since their breathing techniques are new and never shown in the Demon Slayer series. I guess that makes Old Man Yama the Sun Hashira.

My favorite part about your work is how creative you can get when you redesign a character to fit a different setting, without hurting the character's identity and key design elements. You are really great at this. It's not characters drawn in a different style, it's characters if they existed in a different setting. Wonderful work my friend.

Unohana and Aizen are a menace as Hashiras I could already imagine Unohana stopping or controlling a Demon Blood Art through her Blood Breathing or just basically blood bending every demon she sees, demons come out at nighttime which means they're already stepping into Aizen's realm there's no where to run nowhere to hide they're gonna get murked under the moonlight.

As always, Kurotsuchi turned out amazing. Love your outlook on things. The teaser for him at the beginning was chef's kiss perfect. Komamura's design was absolutely phenomenal. Instead of making him a beast, you actually made him wearing the pelt. And then the small nod toward Unohana's Bankai was absolutely great with the blood title. I have to say I'm even impressed by Tosen's design, and I am far from a Tosen fan. Great job on this as always!

Because he literally drew it and it's up to him what he draws. If you got a problem with it, then you draw it instead
Honestly, when you think about it, it makes sense for Gin to be Mist Hashira. His true Bankai, if you remember was explained when he dealt that blow to Aisen as being particulate in nature and that the particulates are poison, so when he hit him, he left some of the blade inside.
Great work, as always!!! I love that you created some of your own, especially considering the Bankai of some characters. Unohana is right on the nose and Kenpachi too (blood and beast, respectively).
I didn't get Ukitake being water - i feel like he might have been better served as thunder.
Kyoraku perhaps would have been a better water or maybe something new, like Child or Youth Breathing for the kids' games his Bankai represent. Wind seemed odd cuz he isn't really a sacrifice defense for offense kind of guy.
Mayuri i might have also made something interesting and new, though it is somewhat hard to think of what. Convenient Solutions Breathing, maybe?

I personally think Kenpachi and Komamura should switch Hashira titles, but to each to his own

idea ! if it hasn't been done already, gotei 13 captains as shinobi from naruto. maybe with a voiceover for once. or music is good too. i'd love to see those drawings.
Love that Unohana has red, Aizen is a Moon Hashira (foreshadowing?), but my favourite is gotta be Tosen & Komamura.
As for future ideas, i suggesting you convert Sekiro's protagonist into various artstyles (as a hashira, as a shinigami, as naruto's Shinobi, ect), mostly because i dont know much about the series to know any other characters to join him. If you do know them and goes "Sekiro's characters in Demon Slayer" or whatever, go ahead.
Another idea would be drawing Houshou Marine and Gawr Gura in One Piece artstyle with their own ships, and other vtubers you think would fit their crews.
a third idea: do you know the Primarchs from Warhammer 40K? basically, 18 demigods that got split into 9 lawful demigods (Loyalist Primarchs) and 9 chaotic demigods (Chaos Primarchs). can you please turn the Loyalists into Hashiras, Gotei Captains and/or Marine Admirals, and the chaos Primarchs into Espadas, Moon Demon, and/or pirates?

I love it, it combines my two favorite shonen jump series.
Maybe if your like taking a little break because I know these most be hard to make, you could just do a really small video where you draw Shinji, Kensei, and Otoribashi in this style to. Keep it up I love seeing how how you combine series
All of this are perfect but if Yamamoto was actually in this than it will be more awesome and if he did then his breathing style would either be sun breathing or inferno breathing that basically an upgraded version of flame breathing.
