As some one with myocratic anemia I know the struggle. I’m so happy to see Matt be so kind and loving. Not alot of people understand the effects. I do also recommend vitamin C with Iron. It helps iron absorb

I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my first baby and the 1st 3 months was hell for me. I have extreme morning sickness but I'm glad I'm coming out of it. I'm happy that my favorite youtubers are also pregnant. I feel like I have someone to talk to about my pregnancy journey. :)
When sick, I usually switch my diet to eating soup or non-oil-type food; I take a hot bath and rest well. That usually means not making my body work too hard. A good walk can be handy even when your body doesn't want to. Happy to see you getting better, and IDK if that's your guy's new home, but congratulation.

I suffer migraines anemia bad mensural symptoms and don’t eveeeen get me on throwing up my body does not know how to act lol glad you’re feeling better. Ps also look into your protein intake that’s helped me with my migraines also only organic meat and no ibuprofen or harsh food dyes, those I’ve learned set me off! ❤

I was diagnosed as anemic multiple different times in my life. My friend and her mom had the same problem. We all found out within a few months of each other it was gluten. We stopped eating and I haven’t had to take anything since. Just giving my 2 cents on something that helped me. Also, my friend was diagnosed with celiacs. Simple blood draw. I do not have celiacs. Mine is gluten intolerant. My husbands friend thought it was a fad etc. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my husband get so mad. Once I stopped gluten any time I would have it I would get super bad stomach pains. Like last all night and couldn’t eat the next day type. Anyway, so when my husband explained about me being in massive pain, throwing up when I eat gluten..he finally got it. I do take a product that has helped heal my gut. And it has helped in so many ways! But just wanted throw out something for you to consider.

Vitamins might not be enough unfortunately, if it gets too low, infusions are the way to go. I felt so much better after mine and it lasts for months to keep your iron level. Take care ❤

We're on baby number 2 as well and I get it, this second time has been rough. I've thrown up a few times but mostly just been horribly nauseous and can only eat what sounds good. I'm right around 12 weeks and I am starting to feel a bit better but I still get random nausea. I hope you feel better soon!
Has your Dr told you about Hyper Emesis Gravidarium? My daughter was so sick for her entire first pregnancy. It truly scared me because she wasn't keeping any food down.. I was spooning it off the carpet before I could clean up the puke. Always right after eating.. out it came.. her 2nd pregnancy 5 yrs later was completely different. They say Hyper Emesis is more common when carrying a baby girl. Which was the case for my daughter. With her son.. she wasn't sick like that at all.

I was severely anemic when I was in my 20’s and I was completely wiped out. I rarely cry but I would break down every time I had to go to work because I was so exhausted. Being anemic is no joke, when my doctor told me how bad it was she wanted me to go to the hospital but I refused. As I took my iron pills I started feeling better and better and it was glorious. Abby make sure you take your pills so you don’t get sicker. I had to take iron pills for months, I would regularly go get blood tests until I was back to normal.
@@BloomingRose5 I had hopes it would be a nice solution for nipples scaring and that is was perfectly fine to use for quite some time. It's still a temporary fix, while they're teething better protect your nipples 🤣

Wow I feel Abby. I've had issues with my iron my whole life. Mine gets so bad, my blood is gone constantly. I have to get routine blood transfusions to replace. It sucks 😞

I feel the same way about vomiting! I actually have something called R-CPD that makes it physically harder for me to vomit, and it means I can’t burp. it made me feel so vindicated when I learned that lmao

Yes. Vit C helps the body absorb iron. Also if your dr will order it see if your insurance will pay for an Iron infusion to get her levels up faster.
So she has the medication that she doesn't take and she prefers to crush every so often?!! Ridiculous. 🤨
Also, I very strongly relate to Abby's avoidance of vomiting. It often drags out the illness, but man I will avoid throwing up at all costs.

Wow I feel Abby. I've had issues with my iron my whole life. Mine gets so bad, my blood is gone constantly. I have to get routine blood transfusions to replace. It sucks 😞

Abby, I feel you. I’ve been sick the entire year so far. Got sick New Year’s Eve, and I’m going to urgent care tomorrow for the third time in a month. I decided my “New year” starts on Feb 1 this year. Cause this shouldn’t even count. 😂

I feel the same way about vomiting! I actually have something called R-CPD that makes it physically harder for me to vomit, and it means I can’t burp. it made me feel so vindicated when I learned that lmao
