- The Mansion we are exploring today was custom built in 1989 for a head figure in one of the GTA's largest motorcycle gangs.
The person in question acquired over $4 million dealing various drugs, mainly cocaine, to construct a completely custom, beautiful, 6,000sqft. mansion in the outskirts of the GTA.
March of 2008, he sold drugs to a wired undercover officer. His house was quickly raided and he was arrested and charged with drug trafficking as well as possession after the police found several pounds of cocaine hidden in the walls and flooring of his home.
Seeing as the funds that aided the construction of the house were obtained through illegal methods, the Crown seized his property as proceeds of crime. The man finally pleaded guilty in 2010 and was sentenced to two year in prison.
Upon his release in 2012, the biker gang member made several attempts at claiming his seized mansion all of which being denied by the Court of Appeal. Mid-January 2015, a final decision was made that he would never reposes his property, and it fell into the hands of the city.
The mansion now sits neglected and abandoned, slowly decaying as it awaits its fate to be demolished

Unfortunately they are not giving you good information. The guy who owned this house was a low-level Bandito. He was a horrible drug dealer who snorted most of his profits. The house was built with subpar materials and is one of the ugliest looking Mansions I've ever seen. Made with cheap block. These guys are doing a horrible job in this video. Making no effort to catch the real essence of this place.

A mansion has everything and a mansion is a dream home that anyone would want to live in.
It's really sad to see such a beautiful building abandoned like that. Why don't they auction it off to someone who would restore and live in it? Such a shame.

I'm not sure on statistic's in USA for homelessness or lack of housing, but in the U.K, its rife, it shouldnt be happening, & these houses/mansions that get seized & then owned by the city, surely they can be converted into flats, or bedsits, or knocked down & houses built??

If you guys want to chance and exploration of an abandoned mansion of a cult leader, there's The Tony Alamo mansion in Dyer, Ark that's been empty for decades. Tony Alamo kept his wife's body in there after her death waiting for her to rise from the dead and here's the kicker, even though the mansion is in disrepair, it's basically free to any charity who wants to restore it for use with their charity. He was/is one sick dude (and in prison) and everytime I'm up on his old compound which now has apartments and houses around it, the mansion still sits off by itself. Google it, it'd make a great video for you guys.

This pool area reminds me of my vacation in Turkey. The pool in the hotel looked very similar. Maybe even a little bigger. But the hotel there was also rather small. It was certainly a fabulously beautiful building, but unfortunately it was already pretty much destroyed.

It was built in a flood plain with no permit. The result is multiple flooding which explains why the basement is not finished now and the mould down there.
The basement wasn’t finished because it flooded every year. The river rises very high. The house was built without proper permits - actually should never have been built here at all

Great house, the tour could be a little better if you slowed down with the cameras in the room about 30 sec more. Can't see enough details about the rooms when you spin around so fast. Awesome house good job guy's! ✌️

We will have to teach you about Cedar wood, it is used in clothes closets to keep the moths out of the cloothes, and in Saunas and pool areas to resist mold and moisture, it is also a soft wood not a hard wood.
