I’m 100% with you concerning the job situation. I feel the Lord telling me to wait and see, so a little unknown what I will have to do. If I could get the customer base to do lawn care full time, I’d be all for it.
That’s the exact thing I went thru!!! Still working. I prayed about it since January, and finally decided to trust God and go through with it. Here is the final devotion that did it for me. I’ve noticed that my hope can ebb and flow. It tends to increase or decrease based on my emotions or outcomes. “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15: 13 That’s what I want! To overflow with hope, joy and peace. Regardless. The key? “As you trust in Him.” When my trust tanks, so does my joy and peace. But when I place my trust in Him more than myself or my circumstances, then there’s room for overflowing hope. God, fill us to overflowing today! That doesn’t mean I wont end up doing the lawn business full time, this is just for a season. I have to trust God and how he leads me. Thanks!
