@@EzBeeZerK you're right to an extent, unfortunately some therapists do actually recommend it, however they shouldnt, the idea that is "helps" them is backwards, it plays into their delusion and doesnt actually do anything for the trauma, its just some weird backwards bandage on a problem that cant be fixed by acting like a child. Most of this "research" comes from ultra progressive (not trying to be political but i feel its relevant) western aligned mental health workers that unfortunately have a large agenda to push, (these people like to talk about research yet refuse to research and look into the current issues of mental health agencies... its horrible), and one of the reasons why mental health problems are getting pushed out of control is actually because of this, these people are going to continue having problems (giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they arent just doing it for attention which tbf is a problem of its own) and arent going to actually get fixed until they find a professional that ACTUALLY knows what they are doing and offers them a SOLUTION that isnt medication or badly thought out "coping mechanism" which is what most of this field has come too. (i will add that medication does work for SOME issues BUT is done COMPLETELY wrong as now).

Yeah a lot of littles are brainwashed and weird, but what people don't understand in therapy, age regression is a real thing for past childhood trauma, these people ruin and make people who already suffer, experience more trauma because these people make it out to be something so weird. Watching this video and yes I watched the full video to see if maybe I was judging to quickly. I can say that this whole video and the interactions you had with these people was extremely insensitive and just plain out rude. That world and group has NOTHING to do with fetishes/kinks at all. That is strictly a sfw environment and should only ever be sfw. Agere/Age regression is very much a thing. Even therapists suggest age regression to their patients or even talk about it with their patients that never knew they regress, regression can be like a trigger for someone, some can't control it(psychological). Some people will just regress because it can be a very positive and helpful coping mechanism. Watching the video it also seems like you don't fully understand what Age regression is, but I can tell you it's not a fetish/kink thing AT ALL. People do get confused though with ddlg/ageplay and agere/age regression. They are NOT the same and they should never ever mix together. But unfortunately people confused those two a lot together. Age regression is not talked/educated enough about and how it actually works. Also note there are people in their who are in a CHILD like mind space and you are putting extremely inappropriate videos on for them to see, I think it's weird of you by doing that ESPECIALLY there's ACTUAL kids around. Vrchat allows users 13 and up to play the game. Their are kids in there. You are exposing them to super disgusting videos and music they shouldn't even be seeing/hearing. "Littles" in the VRChat community is not usually a sexual thing, and is commonly the opposite. Mostly used as a coping mechanism for those with autism or other neurodivergent individuals.
Calling them weird is a little strange considering what i've heard (as I refuse to watch the video, the idea of messing with them makes me uncomfortable).
If anything I am being told is true, (if you were actually playing NSFW audios and stuff) makes you kinda weird for doing that!
However I don't really know much, as most of these people are actually literal kids, id hope you did not actually do that.

Btw, there is a law called Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA), meaning they are required by law to make it 13+, which is the only reason why someone even younger isn't on the server.
