Vocals are to loud, snare to drawn out and fuzzy/loud, bass line is lacking depth. Only thing that people really like about the song is that echoed synth and 2 or 3 well placed chords.

I am an Audio Engineer and i respect, that alternative bands have their own style. It might not be mixed perfectly, but what you say is overall without any knowledge about industrial music.
