    請問可以用蒸焗爐嗎?如果可以應該用幾多度?蒸幾耐呢?

      可以用蒸焗爐, 視乎你隻鴨大負100度蒸75分鐘- 90分鐘, 蒸完keep 係爐焗多一陣。 可以用筷子拮入鴨髀最厚肉位置,冇出血水就代表熟

      我未試過, 你可以試試。 但唔好煮太耐,可能15-20 分鐘再焗

      如果鴨脾,你可以蒸 15-20分鐘應該都熟。蒸好再係鑊焗多 10 分鐘
