All i know about milk thistle is that butterflies like the flowers. From the Witchbox my favourite was definitely the peaceful sleep spell kit (cause I'm always in need of some lmao) and from Goddess Provisions my favourite is the simmer pot mix (cause im a sucker for some good smelling stuff).

Hi! I think it just depends on the person! Subscription boxes are definitely not necessary but I think it's a fun thing to get and always brings me joy & reminds me to connect to my practice if I haven't been super active in it.
I actually have a video on my channel where I compare eleven boxes that I had tried and I give my advice for what kinds of folks would like each. But in short I think Goddess Provisions is great if you're spirituality/goddess focused, witchbox is great for beginner-intermediate witchcraft, Tamed Wild is great for herbal witches.
