your vidoes give me such relaxing but also make me so focused on my studying specially when i have adhd😅 its really difficult for me to study and stay focused and i used to listen to soft songs but that used to distract me more than making me focused ....i just looove ur rain sound and such calming vidoes
this is actually how adderall works! it calms our brains down so we can focus - that's why people with the wrong dosage can sometimes feel sleepy after taking it. I'm glad the video had the same impact on you! 😊
